It sounds like the mosquitoes made it hard to sleep, which can be really frustrating. When you write a review, you can highlight how the issue affected your comfort and sleep. Here’s an example of how you might phrase it: "my stay was uncomfortable due to a significant mosquito problem in the room. It was particularly bad at night, making it very difficult to sleep. Despite informing the staff, the issue wasn’t adequately addressed. This affected my overall experience, and i recommend the hotel take stronger pest control measures"

The rooms are big and spacious but the housekeeping staff doesnt do a good job at all. On checking in, I found that my bedsheets and duvet cover were dirty and used. During my 7 day stay, the bathroom pot was not cleaned even once. Some days, they didnt even mop and sweep the room properly.

The location is good however the property has limited parking space and minimal vegetarian food options. Room service can definitely be better not very responsive. The room was infested with mosquitoes & bed bugs so had a bitter experience.

We recently stayed for one night at keys calicut. While the property is conveniently located, offering easy access to local attractions, our overall experience was just average in terms of value for money. The breakfast provided in the morning left much to be desired; it was below average and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, we noticed that the housekeeping team had overlooked clearing out the used amenities in our room, which detracted from our comfort during the stay. On a positive note, the services were satisfactory, though they didn’t stand out. Overall, our visit had its highlights, but improvements could be made in several areas to enhance the guest experience.

Staff are good. Canteen only okay. Room and washroom was congested. Lighting in the corridor was not proper. Location of the property is excellent.

Keys Select By Lemon Tree Hotels, Malabar Gate, Kozhikode —- This is the worst hotel in Kozhikode…When we came to the hotel, we asked the doorman/security for Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotel, he was not aware…and told us the hotel does not exist…Finally asking lot of people, we realised it is the same hotel…the doorman/security knows this hotel as “ Malabar Gate “….so guests who come to this hotel, please ask for Malabar gate. The rooms were dirty….no amenities in the bathroom…even bathing towel was not there…there was a bucket with dirt…the housekeeping staff left it out of mistake, while cleaning….the a/c not working well…uneducated staffs….the food was average….in the restaurant waiting staffs fighting with their managers for leave and change of rosters….overall a bad experience….i have stayed in Lemon Tree and Keys Hotels earlier….but this does not have it standards….please don’t book this hotel

The ac was not working so had to change the room, although the staff was courteous the maintenance of the property needs to be improved no english or hindi channels subscription in tv so you have to be stick to only news channels so no entertainment in the room also the breakfast spread is so limited that you cant have a good breakfast

Had a good stay. Came after a long flight. Needed some good sleep and got more than enough peaceful sleep. Breakfast was not the very best but also not bad
