My experience at Tiara by MPS was extremely disappointing. There was no proper briefing about hotel rules during check-in, especially the fine aganinst smoking policy. Without any proper signage or prior warning, I was fined unfairly on the day of my wedding anniversary while checkout — Thier explanation was like posters pasted in room and its guests responsibility to go through them. To make things worse, room service entered my room without permission while I was away. Used pillows and bed covers were left inside the room under the table — unhygienic and unprofessional. On the day of checkout, even though I informed them in advance, there was no assistance provided for luggage. I had to wait a long time for room clearance and checkout processing. The lack of support, poor communication, and disrespect for guests’ time and privacy was shocking. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Tiara by MPS seriously needs to improve its standards and staff training.
