We had a great time here at the A residence! The location was very convenient to get to prominent places and rooms were very clean. From the outside, it looks like a normal apartment but inside is actually very luxurious. The service was great, Vinah is very responsive on WhatsApp and will take care of matters quickly. The only downside was that a church is next door and they play loud music every night.

Cozy room with impressive interior. Friendly service and quick response. Will be great if there's a full body mirror and netflix. To be improved on the sewer. Overall of satisfaction and enjoyable stay. 🥰

The room was super clean. I find difficulty to find the location. Its like hidden residence. Over all good stay.

Very easy checkin process. Very friendly and responsive host . Free parking available. Rooms are very clean and modern. Bed was extremely soft. Totally recommend !

The room is a bit small but is good enough for short day for 2. The bed is too soft to my comfort. Otherwise all is good. Owner is thoughtful and room is very well equipped. Remember to roll down the blinds. The windows are not tinted. Suggestions - the initial messages were helpful in guiding us with the direction and assistance. Once the guests are settled in, perhaps owner should not over flood with whatapps messages unless the guests need further assistance. It can be quite annoying and sounded pretentious.

Book for travel solo, cantik la sebab ala ala castel, tapi tula, located dia agak seram kalau nk keluar, then situ ade construction so memang bising la bunyi, nak tido tak dapat, sesuai kalau nk jalan2, tapi kalau nk honeymoon better amik le meridien. Apa2 pun, banyak kali dh repeat sini, tq yar

place is excellent for couple traveller I'd definitely recommend this place to stay. The accommodation is the embodiment of don't judge book by it's cover! The service and the facilities are great, overall it's a great experience.

Have a good stay in the hotel as the staff service is attentive and responsive.

Nicely located in the middle of Kota Kinabalu, lots of places to eat and a short walk to the waterfront. The hotel itself is a bit difficult to find, don't be worried about the outside, inside it's all new and clean. Shower was great bed was super comfy. Best part is the owners who are very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend.

Love it a lot!!! If only it has elevator to get to the hotel though, the best part of it is how beautiful it is! Love it

The room is clean and the service was great and even there are no one to serve you, they still did great job to follow up with customer needs.

Everything is perfect! Cs is very kind as they helped us carry 1 of our luggage. Great stay, very comfy. Thanks to the cs for always asking us if we need any help. The price is very reasonable. Outside looks like flat but inside was luxury condo i would say. Thank you very much for helping us decorating the room as requested, definitely will repeat the stay if we come again to KK. The location is near to jetty, filipins market and all. Strategic location!

Pre check in is clear and concise . Staff is very efficient & prompt to respond. Very pleased with amenities & service.
