i had a wonderful experience staying at Paradise Suite, Sutera Avenue in Kota Kinabalu. The location is perfect, situated in a central area with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and local attractions. The location itself is superb. Room are clean. There's a lot of stores and cafe that u can go to downstairs. Imago mall is literally within walking distance and it's also not that far away from the airport which is a good thing for those that want to stay near the airport while still being able to be close to the shopping centre and cafes. Overall it's a really nice and relaxing stay. Would definitely consider coming back to this place.

Good location. Clean and cosy room although no free parking provided.

Room is ok. No wardrobe, table and cushion.

Room is so suitable for me. Just the parking fees is so expensive counting by hours because overnight there.

Room is big, can fit 3 people. Okay for 1 night stay

the room is big with a lot eatery below the apartment, the only fallback of the parking rate at rm1/hour, if overnight parking, have to park at harbor city at rm3 per entrance or free after 10pm (at next block). got few night, can heard loud music from the pub at that area. lucky i stay 7th floor which the sound is still bearable.

Already stay here for many times. Alot of things can be upgrade, surch as better bed. I myself prefer harder bed than spring bed.

Good location and fast response by host. Easy check in. Car park paid by hours. Iron & iron board not provided in the room. Need to share with others (provided outside of the rooms).
