I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were genuinely helpful and accommodating—they allowed me to check in early, which I truly appreciated. The overall service and hospitality reflected a sincere effort to make guests feel welcome.
However, the major downside was the room’s ventilation. I was staying at a windowless room, and I believe the air conditioner wasn’t properly maintained. During my stay, I fell ill with flu-like symptoms, and after returning home, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. I suspect the poor air quality and lack of fresh airflow may have played a role, and that was deeply disappointing.
For future guests, I hope the hotel management takes serious steps to improve the ventilation system and maintain cleaner air conditioning units—especially in rooms without windows.
With some improvements, this could be a much more comfortable and healthier place to stay.
