Room: excellent Location : everything is near! U can get anything in just a short time. Either by walk or by grab. Amenities : unlimited, u can just get it at the desk. Checkin/checkout procedure : easy and time saving. Staffs&owner :very helpful. Overall is excellent.

The location is good, and the room was very clean. The customer service was outstanding. On the first day, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom and a blocked drain. After notifying customer service, they promptly addressed the issue during the next day's room service. While the odor remained somewhat, the drainage was significantly improved. The only downside is the absence of an elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to carry it up and down the stairs yourself.

The residence is located in the middle of the city..u can get food and shopping very near you. The room is clean full of amenities including mini fridge. Even provide powerbank for customer use. Very recomened...the sevices just through whatsap...and 24 hours available..

Easy to deal with. No fussy at all. Check in & check out via whatssap make things easier! Friendly staff as well!

Fabulous service, room was impeccably, clean, and modern, host to hotel was very responsive through WhatsApp, location, right in the heart of KK, bed, super comfortable, and the pillows, one issue was just the check in part. You do need to have WhatsApp, and not only dead on your phone, but to be able to call the host in order for them to let you in the door. I did mention a suggestion to the host about just adding a doorbell for people who aren’t tech savvy. But other than that everything was perfect. Secondly, you do need to climb stairs. You will need to climb to the second floor just to get to their level then you climb another floor to get to the hotel. 

its a best place to stay and everything is near to the place. Privacy and comfortable.

Very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff. Nice cosy room. They are so kind. They gave me coupon for my car that i park outside the AC Parking. Thankyouu so muchhh.

This one hotel never disappoint me just like the old day. Everything was perfect. I can get my best rest ever with the full hospitality and yeah of cause the cleanliness. Keep it up.
