I had a hard time confirming the free airport shuttle with Stanton hotel using the on line chat. I tried twice before the trip. As a result when I finally received the message via email and WhatsApp on the arrival date , we missed the pickup and had to wait for another 45mins for the driver to come around. This is quite frustrating as I thought I had to call Grab which the hotel had asked me to do so when I wanted to book a drop off airport shuttle early at 6:30. But then when I arrived at the hotel , the front desk said it was free, later changed it to 30RM. We paid $30 and it's like they don't have any policy for this or if they do, it changes. Overall, the hotel is very decent, and we stayed at ground floor. Staff is very cooperative and accommodating.

A quiet hotel with friendly reception. Rooms are smallish but comfortable. The toilet & shower room a good size. A disadvantage is the location with not much nearby and about 3km to beachfront area. A pleasant 3 night stay.

The cleanliness of this hotel and the staff is top notch🤍 Love the ambiance of the lobby and the room. The lobby smells great too. They have their own cafe however as of this writing it's under renovation. Location- for those who will stay indoors most of the time this is ideal. However, if you wish to visit night markets and other tourist spot, you can book their other branch near gaya street. Easy to get grab, fare range from 5myr-15myr to malls , gaya street, jesselton quay etc. Plus points to all the staff who are very attentive to your concerns, they are one chat away. Very generous also in providing bottled water

Great hotel even though the room for triple bed is not big - just enough to solat near the door. Quiet room with good soundproof also great cleanliness. Wudhu friendly bathroom. Good place to stay especially if heading to Kundasang/ Airport.

Nice location near town area also UTC government department building with limit car park and near few Malay restaurants..

Love the ambience of this hotel, location is good..they have their own cafe...good services and friendly staff...they have complimentary airport transfer...overall had a good stay here...will definitely staying here again if I visit KK...

Good location nearby main city area, able to reach Gaya street around 15mins by car. Good cleanliness, good air-conditioning room. The room is cozy, but if you travel with family with kids, you might need a bigger room. All staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful, we appreciate it very much.

The hotel offers a wonderful overall experience, with neat and clean rooms complemented by well-prepared amenities. Its location is highly convenient, being close to the airport, and it provides a peaceful environment at night. The only minor drawback is the limited parking availability for guests.

My nth stays here never disappoints me. The staffs were very helpful, their services are excellent throughout and very attentive to my request. The room is immaculate and very comfortable bed. Even the location is great. One of my favourite hotel stay 👌

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.
