Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

Neat and tidy. Very convenient to move around with taxi. Near to Imago Shopping Mall and airport.

We had the worst experience here during the check in process. Based on our confirmation email and our Trip.com account, the booking was successful but the hotel DO NOT have any information about our booking. The reception explained that this hotel is no longer hosted by OYO (this hotel was hosted and listed on Trip.com by OYO), the reception has ask us to call a local number to OYO. After several calls made, the issue was pushed to each other and no solution is given (we are not even able to talk to a HUMAN). We decided to call the host number, and after several round of calls and confirmation, we are FINALLY relocated to other hotel but the it is already the sunset. Due to the issue between the host and hotel, we nearly missed our sunset plan, this make us really disappointed and mad at. Also, we have to pay for the parking fees as the hotel were located in a times square. Reconsider if you wished to make a booking with this hotel. Disclaimer: All of the above were based on our experience, please make own judgement prior booking.

My gf's airpod missing after check out.. it is literally on the bed.. how can they not see it.. not informing us or put it as lost n found item.. no integrity at all!!! Non smoking room but smell funky and I can't breathe.. I literally go to diy at imago mall to buy room refresher.. can't believe it!!!

Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean, and the facilities were decent. However, we were disappointed by the loud noise coming from other rooms at 3 AM, which disrupted our sleep. It would be great if the hotel could improve soundproofing or enforce quiet hours more strictly. Other than that, the experience was fine.

The location is fantastic. Next to Gleneagles hospital and Imago. We faced problems with the slow discharge of water, hence the toilet always wet after a shower. We asked for extra pillow because single pillow was worn out and we could not sleep for 2 nights.

Toilet lockset was out of order, no clothes cabinet, hand or face towels was not provided

Good place and 5 min walk to the mall. let me help the next traveller who is going to book here. you look for the big Fuji signboard. And next to the staircase tiu will find the yellow Margo hotel sign. Take the luft the the first floor reception. I like it. Clean and convenient.

the room is big and comfortable, strategic location, very nice stay.

The external building look a bit run down but the room itself is fine. However, the pillow and bed is not comfy. Body ache after sleeping on if.

The location is a bit hard to find because the signboard was so little, other than that all good!
