Pros: The hotel is conveniently located near everything — KK Plaza, the Philippines Market, Gaya Street, and more. As it is a new hotel, the amenities are modern and well-maintained. There is a good view for watching the sunset, although it was cloudy during my stay. The security system is also good; you need to tap your room card to use the lift, which adds an extra layer of safety. Cons: Sometimes, the room had an unpleasant sewage smell. In the afternoon, the room became extremely hot due to its sun-facing direction and took over an hour to cool down. The door was very hard to open and close, which made loud noises, especially at night when neighbors were coming and going. One day, the lift system was unable to detect my room card, and I almost missed my tour because of it. On another day, after returning from outside, my room card could not be used to open the door or operate the lift. Lastly, the breakfast menu was almost the same every day, and I got tired of it after four days.

Strategic location and the waterfront just located beside the hotel. Gaya street is just opposite.

A wonderful new hotel and a great place to stay! Conveniently located in the city centre, it’s perfect for both business and leisure. One of the highlights is the beautiful sunset view you can enjoy right from the pool — a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the city.
