Absolutely cozy and location is right opposite the Filipino Market, I’d say it’s the best location to acquire souvenirs and have them all packed at one go.

A nice, clean serviced apartment with nice view of Kota Kinabalu and the sea. Check-in is a bit difficult since there’s no desk—you have to call ahead and arrange a time, which can be annoying if you’re not sure what time you will be checking in, but the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pool is shared with all the other apartments which we didn’t realise (thought it was private). There’s not many beds around the pool and it’s quite small but nice enough. The location is excellent and the main reason before the good stay. Really close to the waterfront, the main part of the city and lots of night markets. The bed is comfy but the toilet is very close to the wall and the bathroom is quite small. For location and price it’s worth it.

Affordable price and nice view hotel. Will repeat again soon.

We booked this accommodation for 4nights. Everything in general was ok. Location wise - near to airport (about 15~20mins depending on traffic) Environment of the building was so-so. quite dirty (trash was everywhere, i even see rats running) but opp was KK plaza (they have a supermarket which is good) There is convenience store just below the building. Reception lady was very nice when we checked in, she passed us the key and inform us to contact them via whatsapp if we need any assistance. It is a very hectic place as whenever it is check-in time/check-out time, people will flood the lobby area and especially the lift. You can take up to 10~ 20mins waiting for the lift. We picked the sea-view room and it was big and nice, superb view of the sea & island!! There is even a small balcony. Even thou there is no place for cooking..but there were bowls/cups/utensils for us to use. There is also a sink but we did not use much as it was choked since we checked in. We had a little trouble operating the heater shower, but the hosts were prompt to give us instructions on how to use it. Only flaw is the water is too low. Other than that, It was a comfortable stay overall.

sometimes when u open the sliding door at the balcony the fish smell will come in so we just close it everytime..

Fair. Expect it is a formal hotel with reception but still a rented room…with no service.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and comfortable. Operator was responsive and helpful. Very tastefully designed as well. Felt like a hotel. Will definitely stay again when we come back to KK

im stressing about long wait for the lift...more than 30 minutes...had to carry the luggage using stairs from level 13 to level 1.

Basic room but it has everything we need. Gd comfortable beds, clean sheets, strong aircon, gd water heater and pressure. Room design could be improved cos no black out curtain so by 6.40am room is bright. When showering the basin area floor gets all wet. Housekeepers Jamiahas and Avite cleaned up really well.

I love the area n the friendly staff. Abit disappointed the room have this insect. Staff did offer room cleaning but this room should clean before we stay in. Anyway overall I can say good due to location.
