Kipriotis Village Resort

We arrived at this hotel Monday 26th may , with my husband and 13 year old son. My 1st impression was wow looked amazing. When we got taken to our room, I soon changed my mind, it was very dated and the grounds needed alot off TLC. , but I decided for what we paid wasn't going to let it ruin our hoilday . We unpacked and headed to the pools and had a look round, which I'd say the whole grounds needed updating. The first evening in the restaurant, was shocked how busy and the queuing for the food was so long. We didn't stay out the first night as been up very early so headed back our room .Next day was going just make the best of it and try enjoy the hoilday. Well things changed and got so much better, we stayed around the main pool and was impressed with the animation team , they all so lovely and really made our hoilday, my son had a great time and so did myself and my husband. Big shout out to Oli, Lids, Celine, simon and Leo., these guys work so hard and are amazing, and truly made our hoilday .We found the food to be great so much choice ,after finding our feet we realised, was many places to eat and I was impressed as so much choice.

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting hotel, zero housekeeping, bedding never changed had to beg for clean towels. Traveled with my 5 year old son. This place needs shutting everything is dirty, broken and unsafe. I never seen a maid come to my room the whole time I was there. The staff on reception do not care, always a huge queue to speak to someone on the reception because surprise surprise everyone is complaining. Please do not book this hotel and waste you’re hard earned money. The pictures on the websites selling this hotel are old pictures from years and years ago. It look nothing like the pictures. I didn’t have warm water to shower in the whole time I was there and had to shower my small child in cold water. Cant get a sunbed, they take all the sunbeds to the beach and charge you for them. Queues of up to 50 people to get drink and food as only one member of staff. Pool areas are dirty, the slides are thick with dirt. The children’s pool has no steps or stairs to get in or out has a very small amount of water in it and also has a big ring of green algy all around it. The food areas are unsanitary, food spilled everywhere, bins wide open on entrance to restaurant. Same food served in all restaurants even though they say Italian and a la carte. Kids club is just a load of broken tables and chairs in an old shack, the staff all look miserable and un- inviting. The overall hotel has real potential but for now it needs closing. Every inch of the place needs a good deep clean and refurb. I don’t have anything positive to say about this hotel and my experience.

If you want to travel back in time, this is the BEST hotel, look no further. Who wants to experience a 4 star, all inclusive hotel when you can have an 80’s youth hostel experience for nearly £3k for a family of four in May half term? So many good features such as 💡long queues at the dinner hot line 💡waiting for your table and when you think this is so good to be true and queuing for food for 15-20 minutes isn’t good enough, you can do the same at breakfast too. It’s a treat isn’t it??? And when you think can’t be better than this, your teenage daughter has 14 bites on her face overnight. My son had very suspicious bites on his arms too after the first night but I thought that was a mosquito even though I haven’t seen any in their rooms (they shared 2 single bed, was pushed together with his sister) I was worried so I raised it with the hotel and they sorted it so quickly, took our concern seriously. We only had to wait a day to sort something and it was so lovely to sleep with my teenage daughter in the middle while my teenage boy slept on the small sofa in the living room as both refused to sleep with their beds. Reception staff only wanted to change the bedding, but we were keen to have a new mattress. I mean bonding with the teenage kids during the holiday is very important isn’t it? Even that means you’re sleeping in the same bed when you paid extra money to have a separate bedroom. Eventually the hotel changed the bedding that same night when I raised this concern, but in our bedroom not the kids’. 🙄 Next day my other half went to chase the reception. As much as I luuuved having our daughter in our bed, I thought it was too much bonding 😂 we had a new mattress, thank God! If you like grumpy staff and prefer them over a smiley staff, this is your place to be. Customer service is almost non existent so you don’t have to worry about it, you’re gonna have too much. There’s a language barrier too. We had to set up our own table one of the mornings so youth hostel experience is definitely won’t fail you. 😂 Think of our friend’s son who just stayed next door room: their bathroom door couldn’t open from inside the bathroom (since day 1) so if anyone went to the toilet and “accidentally” closed it , somebody had to open it from outside. He went to their room to use the bathroom and the door accidentally shut while he was alone in the room. He tried to call his Dad several times who was by the pool already to go and rescue him. At this point he was stuck there for over 30 minutes. Thankfully teenagers go with their phone to everywhere so he had his too so phew, lucky lad! Had a great escape. I have never experienced in my life but there’s no duvet. 😳 There’s only a very thin white bedsheet and they cover it with a bed cover which doesn’t seem to be changed as frequently as the bedding (yikes!) The hotel will make sure your room won’t be too cold in pre season as air con only operates from 15th June or you can pay extra to make it work. But ther

We've been here for a week and this was out favorite holidays Many pools and bar, nice drinks and good food Staff is really nice, entertainment team is great We've been joining basically every single activity, darts we're our favorite Evening shows? Amazing!!! Greatest showman, karaoke, quizzes-we enjoyed every single one! We really recommend this place, dont look at bad reviews

Rooms, where ok space wise, clean. Toilets in rooms and in hotel was horrible unfortunetly. Food was good for hotel restaurant. Entertaiment team was great, really good job they did. Hotel is a massive place with nice views and lovely beach. In general a part from toilets was good.

One of the best entertaining team in my life (especially Olivia from Poland) food always fresh and good, just go and enjoy!!Old style apartments but with nowadays taste, a lot of spaces, for adults and lots to do for kids as well, 40min from airport but transfer for 8 people just £100. Smile around you and open to help people in Greece
