Irene Studios

I stayed at Irenes for 1 week. The owner is very helpful and tries to make things happen. I stayed at the upper floor, so no terrace or sunbeds but a comfy balcony that overlooks the surfing activities. Unfortunately I had smokers on both sides neighbouring my blacony which was not very pleasant as I dont smoke. The appartment is typically greek and a bit dated, the beds are firm, which I like and the bathroom is tiny with a half m2 shower and a shower curtain that will attach to you like no tomorrow! The kitchenette is very cute and cleverly designed hidden behind a roller door. I had a bit of an issue whith the cleaning lady due to the lack of english knowledge. We had a few issues and she also came into my room on check out day at 8.30 am (checkout is at 12pm!) and I was just getting up. Maybe good to clarify with manager as he is quick in actioning. Overall a good stay in a really nice pozy. Supermarket with all you need just across the road.

Monolocali piccoli, ma abbastanza funzionali in posizione fantastica. Letteralmente a quattro passi dal mare. Note molto positive sono posizione, vista mare, pulizia quotidiana e comodità letti, personale addetto alle pulizie molto gentile. Note negative, su tutte la doccia, con tendina a ventaglio davvero improponibile. Poco igienica e acqua dappertutto in bagno. La cucina c'è, ma è quasi inutile perché ha il minimo sindacale, una padellino piccola, un pentolino mini e poco più. Nel nostro caso poi c'è stato un piccolo inconveniente perché quando abbiamo prenotato con Booking ci è stato mostrato il monolocale al piano terra con giardinetto e invece avevamo quello al primo piano e quando lo abbiamo fatto presente a Nick, il proprietario, quasi ci ha irriso, perché avevamo prenotato solo il giorno prima quindi dovevamo già essere contenti così. Ad ogni modo location consigliata, perché in posizione fantastica sulla spiaggia più bella di Kos.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni in uno studio a piano terra. La stanza è modesta ma perfettamente organizzata. Pulizia ottima. Spazio esterno super! Locale fresco anche senza aria condizionata. Voto 10!!!
