Stayed here for a week in August 2024. After landing at the airport and picking up our hire car it took us about 30 minutes to reach the hotel. We attempted to drive into the hotel grounds but soon discovered that cars aren’t able to do this and instead found the designated parking a few-minutes walk away. On arrival we received a welcome drink and check-in took around 10 minutes. We were shown to our ground floor room where a friendly member of staff showed us the various features and gave us information about the hotel. A nice touch on arrival was a complimentary bottle of red wine- we however only drink white, and they exchanged it for us without problem. Our room had a contemporary feel to it- it was decorated in light colours and had modern furniture. The room was divided into two areas- upon entry there was a sofa-bed which we assumed was used for families and we found it a useful area to store our bags. This then led to the main bedroom area- it had a good-size bed with high quality sheets and pillows, which we found to be very comfortable. There was a good size bathroom which included a high-quality shower. The sink was actually located opposite the bathroom door within the main bedroom, but it had a large mirror and ample space to store toiletries. There were two wardrobes to hang clothes but they were not tall enough so shirts and trousers could not hang freely. The room could also have done with more space to store T-shirts, shorts and underwear, as only bed-side draws are provided. The room had tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. There was also a fridge (the hotel called it a “chiller”) which we used to store water and other soft drinks. There was also a safe that was simple to use, and a good-size TV which had a range of international channels (most of them German) and the local stations. There were French doors at the back of the room which opened out on to a terrace. This overlooked the back of the hotel and had views over to Turkey. The terrace had a table and two chairs and was a great place to have sundowners every evening. There was also a drying rack provided which we used to hang up our swimwear each day. We had breakfast each day in the hotel restaurant, and we very impressed with it. Service was efficient and friendly, and there was a good range of hot and cold options. Other than tea/coffee and fruit juices it was self-service, and they were a wide range of local and international choices available. We did not have dinner in the restaurant but looked at the menu each day, and it seemed to have a good range of options. The hotel has a pool with a good number of sun loungers available. We mainly spent our days visiting local beaches but did use the pool a few times- we enjoyed it and also the opportunity to order cocktails from the hotel bar at the same time. Alexandros behind the bar was very friendly and made some great cocktails! It is not a large pool area but was
