Ikos Aria

Unreal place , service is class - if you want something done, get Athena to help you, she sorted me out with some orange cake at lunch time out ouzo!!! Legend Also if you want premium beers, just ask , they have corona mythic and peroni. Spa is also very clean tidy and great massage

This is the second time we have been here with our best friends. It did not disappoint.it was as beautiful as the 1st time. Everyone works from the same ethos and there mission from the moment you arrive is have a wonderful holiday. The resort is beautiful and there are lovely places to sit and watch the world go by. The restaurants are all fabulous our favourites were ouzo and Olivia but they were all good. The food could be hotter but I think this is general Greek thing rather than a flaw. The rooms are great as are the bathrooms and showers. The bath towels could be bigger but there are robes. Everywhere is spotless clean and the smells are amazing with jasmine everywhere. The gardeners should get a special mention as they keep the grounds wonderful. The Buffett for breakfast was great except the toasters were rubbish and the queues were long they need fully functional 4 slice toasters definitely. The pools were fabulous and the staff around them were amazing without exception. The young girl at the beach pool who was from Bulgaria worked so hard and did a fabulous job. The staff were all fabulous special mentions need to go to Diego (duty manager) he was absolutely amazing checking up on us and making sure we had a great time. David from London waiter in fresco was brilliant he was kind efficient knew what everyone was doing he has a bright future ahead of him. Stelios was great fun even under pressure as was the case in Provence on Sunday 18th may ( don’t know what was going on that night)Umit and his sister in the lobby bar were brilliant and very friendly. The staff were without doubt exceptional and a lot were the same as when we came in 2023 which says a lot. The only downside is as it is a family hotel (unfortunately ikos don’t do adults only) there were a lot of tiny children and toddlers there but there are adults only areas and you are separated in all of the restaurants. The weather wasn’t great but it was early May so we took our chances. We would love to return after trying another Ikos.

We had a fantastic stay at Ikos Aria. It was out second trip to this resort. We have stayed at all the Ikos resorts. Aria is out favourite. 5 Star treatment from all the staff. We would like to thank all the Ikos team but would like to mention a few team members who we felt were very friendly and considerate during our stay. Big thank you to Orgest, Amr, Nick, Mia, Nicol, Sevi and Maria! Looking forward to our next stay :)

This venue is amazing. There is so much here in terms of the varieties of bars pools and activities even for an all inclusive. The staff here are exceptionally good and all aspects of their work was excellent. The site itself is beautifully maintained and very pleasant as are all the on site facilities here. The accommodation was smart and stylish and the beds were for us exceptionally comfortable. The buffet restaurant was good offering a wide variety of foods at each meal. My personal gripe here comes with the specialist on site a la carte restaurants. Despite understanding the meaning of A la carte. It does generate thoughts of good food and the menus in each of the restaurants certainly suggested that. But presentation and reality were occasionally two different things here. Overall the food was ok. The fact that your starters arrived within a few minutes of ordering was surprising and the food arriving was not always hot. Almost as soon as these were finished you were then occasionally asked if you wanted a 5 min break between courses. There was a distinct air of fast food about these restaurants. You could literally be in and out with three courses in any of these restaurants in less than an hour.. My pet peeve here was when having ordered empanadas. I got grilled gyoza in the Spanish restaurant. When I asked if these were empanadas the host smiling assured he would give my feedback to the chef. I just feel that this part of our stay could have been a better experience. As I said before the staff here are amazing and provide a top level of service with what is available. Overall the stay here was fantastic and it was an extremely relaxing resort Only this one aspect let it down for me personally.

The hotel is outstanding, service superb, staff excellent super super clean where ever you go , how ever the temperature of food served was not to our liking tepid to say the least . Also if you have no young children, not enough adults only areas

This was our sixth ikos visit and our second time at this hotel. We stayed Deluxe and it is 100% worth the price. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and the staff are fantastic and keen to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the gardens are extremely well maintained. There are great restaurants to choose from and a huge win list. Would recommend their sommelier Christoforos who helped us choose our wines throughout the holiday. Five stars as ever for the Ikos experience.
