Aegean View Aqua Resort

Avoid, sadly this hotel has so much potential set in a beautiful location, BUT that's it, rude staff,dirty, food dire and I am not fussy but it was inedible not always labeled, as a vegetarian I didn't want to eat meat but you couldn't sometimes tell what some food was. 1 barman during the day and 1 barman ( rude and stressed) at night, rooms not cleaned communal areas only cleaned once hotel got busier, worst holiday I have been on. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Had the best time, staff very helpful . Our room was very comfortable and clean .goods all round. Had a very relaxing holiday .food was good , not gourmet but what paid for Fantastic views , bus service near to go into Kos . Best part was being in Greece and meeting good people . Happy that we chose this hotel to . Thank you all

Do not book this hotel! Receptionists unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms are shockingly dirty and outdated. Sewage leaked all over our floor and staff refused to change our rooms. Rooms infested with ants and were not cleaned once during our stay. Cannot put into words how awful this hotel really is.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. None of the staff have a clue what they’re doing, the guy at reception was quick to take our room tax money but forgot to give us our wrist bands. The rooms are extremely outdated and poorly designed. The first night we went to use the shower and the water pressure was so bad it just trickled out and didn’t get warm. We spoke to the guy at reception and asked for someone to come out and have a look, he wrote our room number and added it to a list of other rooms that had problems and told us he will send someone out. We went out the next day and came back in the evening hoping our shower had been looked at as we wanted to shower and get ready for the evening as we hadn’t had the chance to the night before and the showers pressure was still just as poor. We went back to the reception and he kept repeating the same phrase ‘I have been told that someone will be out to fix it’. This carried on for the next couple nights so we were unable to use our shower, luckily we went with a group of us so we were able to use someone else’s shower but if we was by our selves we would have been screwed. In the end I ended up unscrewing the shower head myself and tried cleaning out the jets, the amount of limescale that came out of it was ridiculous obviously a result of poor cleaning. The whole week we was there our room didn’t get cleaned once, no fresh towels and our bed sheets weren’t changed or made. We had cups in the room that the cleaners had not removed which resulted in us coming back one evening to a mountain of ants all over the desk and floor! We had to go and ask half way through the week for clean shower and pool towels, to which we were only given clean shower towels. The food on the all inclusive was the same everyday and always cold, even the fresh stuff they put out was cold. The drink options were sparse, only a choice of about 6 or 7 poorly made cocktails and 1 beer. Now for the WORST part of the holiday! The second to last day, our friends woke up to their bathroom floor covered in sewage water that had leaked up out of the drains in the bathroom! They immediately went to reception and asked for someone to clean the room or for them to be moved rooms. A couple of hours later one of the cleaners came round and mopped the floor, no bleach or any antibacterial products used, just a dirty mop with a dirty mop bucket. We had all gone out for dinner and when we got back their room was flooded again. They went back to reception to ask to be moved rooms, which didn’t seem likely as there was a big family that had just arrived who were getting told there are no rooms for them to stay in so were being transferred to another hotel. Given the fact there was human feaces on our friends floor, our friends were obviously not going to be staying in that room that night so they had to resort to sleeping on the sofas in our rooms. Avoid at all costs!

I was satisfied with this hotel the staff is very friendly the food is good and varied The bar offers nice cocktails the room had a great view the children really liked the pool we thank Mrs Pagona for the good hospitality, thank you all staff ❣️❣️❣️

This is by far the worst all inclusive hotel in the world I have ever been to. Nothing for kids to do, kids clubs closed all holiday, kids pool half way up a mountain you need oxygen to get there. Food very basic and always running out of things, only 1 bar open at night, massive queue for a drink then when you get to bar they have run out of most spirits. Electric blackout left us without power. Shuttle bus into town turns up when it wants, if at all, cats, dogs running wild everywhere, even the rats were running out of the place. If I could have got an early flight home I’d have been gone after 1 day. Avoid at all costs
