To get to our room, we had to walk through a dark emergency exit where dirty dishes and glasses were left on the stairs, piling up more each day. It felt unsafe and unclean, especially as I was traveling alone with my two kids. They were scared to go to the room by themselves, and at times we had to use video calls just to make sure they got there safely. The lack of cleanliness extended beyond the corridor — tables, chairs, and sun-beds around the hotel were also not clean. I went to reception at least three times, nicely asking to change the room due to safety concerns. Each time, I was told to “come tomorrow” or “come later,” but no real help was ever offered. The room itself had some issues — parts of it were literally falling apart. While it was eventually fixed, it never should’ve been in that condition in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially for solo parents or families with children.

The hotel far exceeded our expectations. I booked with my daughter to surprise my other daughter who was going with her children.the entertainment was very professional and exciting. My Grandsons, 6 & 8, loved the pools and played all day. There is more than enough choice for food at mealtimes and we loved the cakes, ice-creams and drinks, which were all included. There is another part owned by the hotel right on the beach, which is about a 10 minute walk or a regular hotel shuttle takes you there. It was my daughter's 28th birthday so she had fruit and wine delivered to our room, free of charge. I paid a very reasonable price for a beautiful delicious cake and to our surprise and delight the catering staff had decorated a table for is with red .material and flower petals and put up a banner. My daughter was amazed and it made her birthday very special. The entertainment staff were very funny and kind to everyone and Naci, the customer relations manager gave exceptional service - he made our holiday perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very good hotel.... all staff great with kids. Entertainment very good every night they cant do enough for everyone.. lots of different food and drinks. Very local to shops and own private beach with pool area and pizza oven and salad bar. Best hotel I've been so far.. get booking people you wont regret.... play darts everyday with all the adults... mr dogus best man to see when here.. coming back in september with more family...

Food was very good and the beds were comfy. Workers were so nice and positive! Air cooler was the best for hot nights. There were many options of drinks and foods for all inclusive. The beach was beautiful. Every night we have a night show and they were pretty amazing!

so fun!!! love the people working here!! The room was really nice and cleaned very well. They also provided water to the room every day. At night there are different kinds of shows and activities. Also there are a lot of different kinds of drinks included in the all inclusive!

Absolutely amazing family hotel the staff are fantastic especially the entertainment team. Our 2nd time visiting the hotel and we will definitely be back again. Can not fault the place. Good food choice, clean hotel, nothing is too much for the staff, as a wheelchair user they did everything they could to help me.. can't wait for next year

From England would recommend this hotel to anyone all of the staff so friendly and welcoming .the animation team so much fun and make sure you are include in every activity but so respectful if you don’t want to join in . Hotel staff is so good friendly lovely food and a lot of choose.this is my second visit it won’t be my last x

One of the highlights of my stay at Numa Hotel was the custom pizza experience at lunchtime. I simply picked my favorite toppings, placed them on a plate, and handed it to the chef—minutes later, I had a fresh, crispy, and flavorful pizza. Honestly, it was better than Domino's! Crunchy, tasty, and made exactly the way I wanted. The whole experience felt personalized and enjoyable. The hotel itself was just as impressive. From the clean rooms to the relaxing swimming pool, everything was top-notch. Special thanks again to Ahmet Naci Tugalan for the exceptional service throughout my stay. Numa Hotel delivers on quality, comfort, and customer care. Highly recommend

Perfect holiday, amazing staff (especially Naci), food was incredible. Entertainment staff were brillint. The rooms had everything we needed and aircon was incredible.The pool and slides were fun for the children and adults. Would highly recommend for families.

Worst hotel possible don't come with kids my 10 year old brother got hit and attacked by a fully grown man then then let his off and give him a room upgrade and did nothing about it the food is terrible the staff are rude do not recommend to anyone with kids horrible service and horrible staff they protect child abusers horrible place do not waist your money

This is our first visit to Türkiye and we weren’t sure what to expect, but we have not been disappointed. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. The staff are truly amazing and cannot do enough to help or make you feel welcome. The atmosphere at the hotel is relaxed and friendly, we ere even given a beautiful red rose on Mothers day. Numa have their own beach with a bar and also offer snacks and freshly cooked pizza included in the all inclusive. The pizza is delicious and the chef is such a lovely man, he always welcomes you with a smile and makes you feel at home - we will really miss him and his lovely 🍕. The drinks on all in are excellent quality and they have a really good range to choose from. Mealtimes can be hectic in the restaurant, but there is a huge range of food to choose from, so always something for everyone and the staff will get drinks and help with anything you need. We really loved the Turkish theme night with live music and gorgeous food - definitely try the Kibbeh it is so good! We arrived at 3.30am and had no problem checking in, we also had our luggage taken to the room for us which was great because we were shattered. On checkout day you are still able to use the all in until you leave even after checking out at 12pm. There is a laundry service and you will find a bag and price sheet in your wardrobe There is lots of great entertainment day and night, although The bingo is 20 euros a ticket and prizes are just novelties like a fez, bag and souvenirs. Overall this holiday has been nothing short of fantastic and I would highly recommend a stay here we feel completely pampered and relaxed. We will definitely be returning to Numa konaktepe.

It’s our last night here and it’s been an amazing stay at Numa Konaktepe, and one of the absolute highlights was Dogus from the entertainment team. From the moment we arrived, Dogus brought incredible energy, fun, and warmth to everything he did. Whether it was leading dart games or just chatting with guests around the hotel, he made everyone feel welcome and included. Dogus is not only the friendliest member of the entertainment staff, but also the most fun. His humor, charisma, and genuine enthusiasm lit up the resort every single day. He has a special talent for bringing people together and creating unforgettable moments, and it’s clear he truly loves what he does. Thank you, Dogus, for making our holiday so memorable. Numa Konaktepe is lucky to have you—you’re a star! Only downside for us was the food, we struggled with the food, but the hotel was lovely.
