Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I’m confident you won’t regret choosing this hotel for your vacation. I would also like to extend a special thank you to Aslan and Enver for their outstanding service at the bar.

The hotel did not meet my expectations. Service oriented towards receiving tips. Not thoroughly cleaned rooms, no change of towels without a reminder. Food monotonous, arriving for dinner an hour after the restaurant opened meant empties or only chips and vegetables .

Werry nice experince! Nice people. Clean bigg rooms and balkoni. Close to sea, you can bath in november and it is 25 degri. There is a nice spa and relax with nice people. Love that and makes me feel good. One new experince and will olways rememeber.

Stayed 10 days, like in paradise, got a room with such a magnificent sea view, the sunset from the balcony is fancy and indescribable It is a huge 5 stars luxurious beach hotel but 5 stars is not enough to rate it, if there was an option for seven stars I would rate it. There are several bars and restaurants , All was great. All inclusive everywhere, beautiful beach and pools Food very delicious and lots to choose from whatever your taste is you will be satisfied very rich salad buffet all the time fresh vegetables and fruits Different type of bread, traditional cooked food, a buffet with wide assortment of desserts and sweet things. You will always find what to eat it's impossible to starve You will not be thirsty either, All kind of conventional and non-conventional Beverages All the staff, waiters, bartenders,...are incredibly professionals and always welcoming guests with a smile on their faces, they go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great holiday Finally thank you all, keep up the good work and I can't wait to see you again

The vacation was great. This hotel is in my opinion the best hotel I have ever been. Congratulations for the great experience we had here. The food was great, the shows, the bars, everything was great. Just one point to consider is that staff should speak more in English, in the another hand they speak Russian maybe that's why this hotel during our stay had 70℅, 80℅ Russian people. We would be happier to communicate more with staff... Thank you. Me and my wife want to come back soon :)

I thank the hotel restaurant employee Murat for his attentiveness, helpfulness, and friendliness. Every day he greeted us with a smile and a good mood, even though he works hard without days off. I suggest anyone staying at this hotel find this guy and eat at his service area. You won't regret it. Thank you, Murat.

Abdullah uçar was fantastic in the snack bar. Food was excellent, service was second to none. We are very impressed with this hotel and we have been to turkey many times. The staff do speak English and are very lovely, people just need to be nice and say hello and they are great with children.

We booked this hotel for 10 nights, it was a nice experience. The hotel is nice, we had a room in floor -3 which was a perfect location, was close to main restaurant, pool, bar ..spa . Must say SPA wasn't the best at all . The staff are very nice and polite, unfortunately not everyone speaks English, it was a but difficult to communicate with some of staff . Waitresses are very nice and helpful, it was a busy time on dinner and they always try to find a table . Big thank you to DEVRIM , he was super nice to us . The animators are amazing 👏 . About the food Not much to choose for a breakfast, lunch served on the beach bar was the best 👌 but can't say the same about snack bar . Dinner ,lots of different choices, Bar and cocktails are OK.
