Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Anna darts and mini club. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment. Rooms very good.

Staff are very rude.. they serve others before English people every time. Receptionist Staff do they same. Even when in the middle.of dealing with a query they stop and serve others. I complained to a barman and higher management but just got fobbed off. Witnessed a family trying to drown a cat in the pool, security were called but just laughed :-( awful to see. Food isn't great. We were served frozen chicken one day, had to eat out alot. The pools and beach are good, ice creams only available on the beach not in the hotel and only for one hour per day. Had to pay for WiFi in the hotel. Rooms are simple and out dated but a decent size and beds were comfortable. The best member of staff was the shop keeper- he was very friendly and nice to talk to. Over all I wouldnt recommend this hotel- there are several others so close to this with much better reviews

Reviewing solely the animation team and will write a full review at a later date. The animation team, Tete, Ernest, Salta and Anna were absolutely fantastic and made the holiday 100% The activities, dancing and entertainment was excellent always happy, smiling, made you feel very comfortable. 5 stars for the animation team! :)

The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The entertainment is very good and all the entertainment staff are really good with kids. The food is okay. The beach is close and very nice and the foam party’s are really fun they also do games in the pool and they also have inflatables. All are of the staff are really nice.

Our first night we had money stolen from our ‘SAFE’ - went to reception they didn’t seem to care. Spoke to “managers” who weren’t bothered in the slightest, was told every day to just come back tomorrow , nothing was done. Makeup was also taken out of the room from our dressing table which should be safe in our own room. When asking to speak to the bosses the same receptionist who spoke English to me the day before now apparently can’t speak English? Obviously a way of not having to deal with anything. I was told the bosses weren’t in from another receptionist and then both of them walked out right past me and went and got food from the all inclusive. Glasses were also stolen from the table in between our sun loungers whilst we were in the pool. Ridiculous ( not even sun glasses these were prescription glasses) Very rude guests and does not cater for us British or Scottish at all they seem to not like us and give funny looks/stare constantly. Food is awful especially if you’re British, salad for breakfast , huge tuna hanging from the ceiling at tea time that stunk and dripped all over the floor. Upon looking down the side of my bed in our room there was 3 DIRTY cotton buds down beside the bed and a plastic bag which were obviously from the last guests and bedding hasn’t been changed once.

DO NOT USE THE SPA FACILITIES FOR ANY MASSAGES, me and my partner was recommended this by our hotel Opia Boutique Hotel which is situated at the side of Xeno Eftalia Resort Hotel spa. My massage was terrible to the point I had to complain & my partner was touched inappropriately and forced to keep quiet. The guy that preformed the all this stated he was the uncle of the owner and works at the local high school. I have informed the spa facility’s and management won’t take my incident seriously. Hence this review to keep other people/ children safe

Ladies, Please don't use the SPA. I had the worst experience of my life when that guy massaged me. The hotel was terrible was well. There was cat eating food from the buffet when we came. Nobody knows English. We couldn't even make the hotel staff understand about the guy at the spa misbehaving.

my opinion is this the most respectful and amzing hotel i have ever stayed at the staff are absolutely amazing so welcoming and the food was brillant always so much to do around the hotel thankyou again for an amazing time will be back again next year 🇹🇷

The hotel is shocking only caters for Russians don’t cater for English at all the food is ridiculous all the shops trying to tip people off all the alcohol if it’s a normal brand u have to pay extortion prices all the bar staff are rude and arrogant stay well clear u will regret booking this hotel the only good thing about the hotel is it is clean everything else is terrible stay well clear
