My Year

My Year Apart-Hotel is a four-story apartment complex with its own small but stylish territory: landscape design, interior pond, playground. On the territory of the complex there are 2 pavilions, a barbecue grill, a swimming pool, a sauna, billiards - everything for the pleasure and relaxation of guests. More than 20 species of plants grow in our park. These are apple trees, pears, red and black currants, grapes, gooseberries, ornamental blue spruces and arborvitae, as well as a huge variety of shrubs and flowers. Enjoy a pleasant stay and exquisite Russian nature. The general fund consists of 10 spacious bright rooms of a studio layout. The European-style rooms are equipped with a wardrobe panel for clothes, air conditioning, a luggage cabinet, a flat-screen cable TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, a hairdryer, slippers, a set of towels and universal toiletries. Video-surveilled parking is available on site. It offers free Wi-Fi, room service, personal safe, taxi call, children's playground. Guests can optionally rent a barbecue area with all the necessary equipment.
