Hotel Sudarsan

VGP Residency in Kollam town was one of the best & clean rooms when i used to stay 2 years before. Now the rooms are very dirty with very bad smell & bathrooms not cleaned. When i informed the reception the lady talking very rude & no manners. I had to wait for half an hour to get the bill. Bill not write properly. Checkin/checkout not smooth. you need to wait for long time. Not at all satisfactory. Staffs not at all professional

Reception staffs are not well mannered & rooms are not clean This hotel was one of the most clean n well maintained rooms previously. Now the room was so dirty. The floor was not cleaned, cupboard was dirty n had a bad smell, the room too smell so badly, bathroom not cleaned. I informed the reception lady but both of them did not respond or does not show the concern to clean up the room. "They were not bothered or they didnt care a damn" was the response. i had to stay in the same room for 3 days. The hotel management must keep polite n well behave staff in proper manners. Now the standard of this hotel is more like a lodge.

Two weeks before went to this hotel VGP Residency, Kollam. The guy at the reception (said his name is RAHUL) was not at all a responding person. DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK. dont even know what is manners. He is busy with his mobile, not bothered to attend the guest. if you need to stay, you can stay or just leave - is the attitude of that guy. does not even know the rates of rooms. Overall the hotel is a good one, rooms are clean but the bad behavior of the reception guy makes this hotel the worst place for your good stay.

a budget hotel with clean rooms. but there is a *** at theis hotel (a black ugly looking fello name - marimuttu) pleaase ....pleaase ... dnt ever ask theis *** to buy anything (he will not giv you balance money & will rob money) & dnt ever ask him to get food for you. his hands very dirty he have some sikin desise too. he is drawback of this hotel.
