Location food and facilities are amazing here. Ambience is great. Small details are taken care off. Staff are professional and polite. Great stay.

Difficult for me to find the location. Complementary Breakfast was not at all good. They just provided very limited item such as Bread toast with omelet or One Dosa or Puri with curry, any one item can be ordered.

One of the worst hotels with the most impolite staff and arrogant manager. Please teach then customer experience. Absolutely no class. Most horrible hotel to stay. You can’t force yourself in to a customers private space. Please teach your staff basic etiquette

In this stay I asked for a single bed room, they provided a double bed room. I don't know why they provide this for a couple. AC was not working, it started water dropping a few seconds after check-in. Then turned off automatically. Several times connected with them, but no solution. Food was pathetic. They bring it from some other restaurant, also marked as no outside food allowed. I really don't understand this logic. The window was not properly locked. Blankets are stinking. Currently we have left this hotel by 6:30 and are staying in another hotel nearby. This experience is really terrible, 4500/-+ is really not worth it.

I had a fantastic stay at WiseOwl Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The overall ambiance was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing experience. The attention to detail in service and hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend WiseOwl Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely visit again!

I liked the behavior of the staff. They are efficient. Room service is very good. Food is also good. It is a bit pricey the food.

Pathetic experience. The room is was so dirty and not maintained at all. Ac didn't work, my booking was for double bed, they could only provide a twin bed setup. The horrible piece was the lack of privacy, the curtains are so bad that throughout the day you are kind of giving silhouette. The washroom have a clear window, where there were people constantly looking at. Comod's pipeline was broken, so basically after taking dump, if you flush, it's flowing through the floor.
