Hotel Casa Fortuna

The whole hotel experience was quite smooth and excellent. The check inn and check out experience was quite hassle-free, we were catered by Tanishk at the reception; the whole staff was quite professional and friendly. Also restaurant served carious cuisines and delicacies with a good taste and hygiene. Would recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay

The property is located right on the main road with proximity to all the offices and business parks nearby, The staff is very courteous and helpful, the food is tasty, Once you arrive, you will be welcomed by Mr Tanishk, who is heading the front office and is an amazing guy to meet. Thanks for the experience. Will visit again…!!!

Overall good service, the rooms are neat and good. Food was really good especially the south Indian food since we are from Bengaluru. The hotel staff(Kanisk) are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

Very comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptional and are very nice and courteous. The rooms are fairly clean. The food is good. There's good variety in the breakfast buffet. All my needs were taken care of in a timely manner. The Wifi does require me to reconnect from time to time, which can get quite annoying. But otherwise the stay was good and would recommend.

The hotel is situated at a very strategic location and that's the biggest advantage. Most of the tourist destinations of Kolkata are reachable from here. The nearest Metro Station is Rabindra Sadan. The rooms are relatively smaller but full of all required stuff. The tea set with tea maker, Almirah, storage space, notepad and pencils, intercom etc. are available. The toilets are well maintained and hygienic. Every room has AC. There is a slight shake in the night when a heavy vehicle runs off the road. This is specially for the rooms which are facing the road. The buffet breakfast is awesome . However, almost the same menu everyday. We enjoyed freshly prepared Masala Dosa everyday. The kitchen is pure vegetarian and hence it was a great feeling being vegetarian. Kitchen staff needs to be further groomed on the hospitality. How they should talk and present themselves to the guests. The hotel is not accessible to the specially abled people in a wheelchair. They do not have ramps. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

As I am single lady guest, I am very happy with the service and security. Very happy with the reception service and behaviour of kanishk was very humble and nice. Food was really nice. Absolutely happy with the service and really recommend to all. Rajkumar from security was really nice.
