the room furnish was good but they should improve bathroom quality because there was some bad essence from sewerage connection

Tracing Property location was bit difficult, but finally could reach, amenities aye good and gives a good isolation

My hotel stay was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location of hotel is very good. You can easily get transport to go anywhere in city. I recommend this hotel to business ***.

The only reason i chose this hotel as this was mm trip value stays recommended. However, the quality wasn't there. The rooms were not cleaned in the 4 days i stayed. No towels changed, no toiletries restocked, daily 1 litre of water was given per room that too i had to ask everytime. No hot water kettle provided in room, pillow covers and bedsheets were not clean. I will not recommend this hotel for any family visiting. Although, the staff was responsive to calls, but there were usually delays and everything little thing that should be a given in a standard hotel were not given here and to be asked everytime. I suggest removing this from your mm recommendations list. Not a good experience. I mean i won't be choosing this hotel ever.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back.

Room was ok. We booked deluxe room, but smaller then it looks. Found cockroach. Mirror wardrobe was broken. Complementary breakfast was not as expected. They always served the same pori sabji with egg and banana. Extra room served food were costlier than other hotels we visited earlier. 20 rs water bottle price was rated 32 inclusive of gst. Location is also not satisfactory. It was in a small gully. Problem to locate. Uber sometimes cancels your trip. So stay was not satisfied, just average or i can say poor.
