1. They gave room with smell of feaces 2. After complaining they gave alternative room which had strong smell of cigarette smoke. When the bell boy told my grievance to the manager over phone he shockingly told the bell boy to tell me to ‘get lost’! i was completely calm throughout the ordeal and did not create any scene out there. Just left.

Not value for money. Amenities are not at par the charges. Room is small. They gave me twin-bed room with small single beds. Had to bathe with bucket and mug as hot water flow wasn't sufficient in shower. Not worth paying what i paid for a single night. They don't even have digital keys for the latch. They label-led hair conditioner as body lotion.

Very poorly managed hotel. No cleanliness in the hotel. Very poor in breakfast options. No proper hotel staff. Poorly dressed.

The ambience is near and tidy. My check in was smooth and hassle free. The inmates were courteous and extended all support to make my stay comfortable. Would recommend others for a stay here

Stay was decent. Food that we ordered was really good but not the buffet. Room service was okay. Washroom was clean but needs work as basin taps are dismenting from their place snd curtains were really dirty and walls has mold smell. Not worth it considering the charges for one day. There are more better properties near by in 3-4k per day budget.
