Exceptional service from all staff - from porters, to reception, to restaurant workers. Rooms were in superb condition. Very clean and wonderful decor (very colonial feel). Food and drinks were all of a very high standard. Special thanks to Gopal, Avijit, Rahman, Tanmoy, Raktim, and Sanjay

Very comfortable beds, phenomenal service! Staff is so friendly and professional. Rooms are cosy and clean. Special thanks to Subrato, Risa, and Abhijit ***** with the house keeping staff’. I will come again whenever I get an opportunity and bring my loved ones over as well.

Had a fantastic stay at the Astor as a family of 4, of whom two were very young children. The hotel itself is a beautiful heritage property fitted with modern amenities while preserving the old world charm. The food is great. But the part that I loved the most was the service. In my travels around the world, this has been our best hospitality experience. The staff took wonderful care of us. Tripti from the front desk helped us right size our booking 24 hours before the check in (since we had mistakenly overbooked the number of rooms), allocated a very suitable suite for us with some extra space that the kids could use, ensured that my wife’s food preferences (non gluten) were taken care of, checked on us frequently to ensure everything was in place. The housekeeping team led by Anirban was fantastic and even took extra care to provide air purifiers and adjusted the throbbing bass from the club downstairs so that we could rest very comfortably with solid soundproofing. The restaurant team ensured that we were fully taken care of. I have absolutely no complaints and we left very grateful and satisfied with our stay. Thank you again Tripti, Anirban and team! We will be back.

Really great room service. The rooms are great. Food is also good. It's a nice heritage property. Service is very good, special thanks to avijit who come my room every day and for cleanness. I am agin coming astor with my family.............

7 th December 2024,, I was booked the banquet for a buisness meeting purpose,,, approximately 6/7 hrs we spend there,,,the food was really excellent,,and all staffs,,,,like Mr Pawan,,Mr Arijit,,,Mr Soham,,,and finally the banquet Manager Mr Sourav was fabulous,,,they all highly contributed the best service,,,,we all very pleased for that,,thank you
