Nice hotel. Cleaned and room service was good. Visited and recommended. Location is also good. Easy to communicate for airport and city.

The manager at reception was very professional and cooperative. Housekeeping can be improved. Prompt response was missing

Location - good food - ok
amenities - poor there was bed bug and room was not clean. Extra mattress was given instead of bed

The location & food quality is perfect but amenities should be upgraded as they have become very old. Rooms are stinking may be due to rainy seasons. Damps visible on wall of rooms galaxy. Rest is ok.

All staff members were unprofessional. Room was expensive when compared to its amenities. They didn't clean room on time.
