Good property for a weekend

What stood out to me was the beautiful ambiance, lovely food, and most impact-fully, the warm Bangla hospitality extended to us by every single staff member. I was visiting my hometown of Kolkata, and went here for lunch with my mother the other day. From the moment the staff opened our doors, we felt warmly welcome. Saud took charge of receiving us, respectfully requested my mother’s purse to be scanned via security, understood where he needs to take us (the restaurants area), and took us there. But first, he made sure we basked in some views of the lovely establishment, and check out both the cafe and restaurant. Lunch was lovely, the waitresses were very attentive to our needs. The food was great (fried bhetki fish was 🔥) After lunch, Saud found us at the right moment and took us around the establishment. He also took impeccable pictures, and eventually escorted us to our car when it was time to leave. I can see why my parents choose to frequent this place :) I’ll be sure to make coming here a tradition with my family, every time I am back in Kolkata :)

This short trip to Taj Taal Kutir was amazing, thanks to the utmost serene ambience, unmatched hospitality and great food. Super comfortable and plush interiors were a big plus. Special shoutout to Simran, she was the duty manager. She was super courteous and helpful all throughout. Loved the gift during checkout. Will surely plan to visit again.
