Firangipani Suites - A Corporate Boutique Hotel

Hotels play a crucial role whenever I'm out for a trip. Firangipani Suites is by far one of the best stays that I've been to. Starting from the location to the rooms & services - everything is top notch. The food served to the guests is also super delicious. An extra shoutout to the behaviour and cooperation of the staffs. Looking forward to my next stay at this property.

I have stayed here for two nights both booking was done by separate apps, at first I had a issue with the lock of my suite soo they upgraded my suite, the food was good and the ambience was awesome, all I can say is it is worth the money spend.

Very friendly staff. Room Service is very prompt. Room was very cool despite summer. Location is very good , just beside main road , has pan shops , liquor store nearby so no problem in buying things from outside as well

I m completely dissatisfied with my present stay here as the room was too congested as while booking they showed other room and gave other room ,the tv was not working,staff didn't respect the guest , lift was not working and many others items. I would suggest plsd don't book this and waste your money and time.

This was the first visit and had the worst experience ever. Receptionists are inefficient in handling calls & situations. Right after Check-In, called the reception and informed about non-availability of toiletries in the washroom. Also, was informed that the welcome drink will be sent up to the room. No one visited us. Call the reception again at 08:20p.m. about the same concerns. We were informed that room service will visit us in 10minutes. Still a no go. Had to call the G.M. at 8:40, after which the issues were arrested. The A.C. stopped working and started leaking. The room amenities said there will be a mini refrigerator, but there was non. The only best part was the food quality. Just loved it. Out of frustration had to Check-out at 9:30p.m. Found out elevator not working and saw an old lady had to climb down the stairs right from the 3rd Floor. There is a severe issue of resposibility taking and task execution.
