The hotel is absolute crap.
The service of the hotel needs to be improved. Parking is a big problem. The car has to be parked on the road.
There is no handwash in the bathroom.
The bathroom door locks automatically. I was stuck in the bathroom by myself for half an hour and the staff had no way to get me out.
It takes 20m for car parking while check in, it also takes time to get the room after check in Very bad experience😌

It was average room, cleaning could have been improved. Painting is needed in all rooms. Location is good.

Hotel is nice, the location is very good. It is decent for a day or two’s stay in kolhapur.

They do not value customers. Seeing their behaviour we opted not stay at that hotel, even though we had paid the full amount through mmt. They asked for more money after check-in.

I had got the room on 1 st floor and the receptionist gave the keys and said us to go on first floor
as soon as we reached first floor there were no light there and i was unable to find my room nos staff behave was good. Room floor where so sticky and rough not a good experience

The hotel room was clean and neat. Room service was also very quick. But the mirror was not so clean. Their were scratches and sticker marks on all over the mirror. But over all room were comfy. Thanks.
