Themis Beach Hotel

We spent a week in a beachfront hotel in a sea view room with all inclusive accommodation. The room was clean, with towels changed every day and cleaning service. Great sea view. Pool and surrounding area nice and clean. The catering is rich, varied, fresh and constantly replenished. Friendly and professional staff. The resort village has nothing to offer, walking experience is minimal, but that's not why we went. The beach is equipped with breakwaters, beach bar (10 eur sunbeds + 2-3 beds), 1 min from the hotel. If you just want a week of stress free beach holidays, go there!

Just had the best getaway break found this gem of a place Themis beach hotel. The staff really looked after me. George at breakfast. Manos at the bar. Best zombie cocktail ever. Kiki and Sophia on the beach. Absolutely stunning service with a smile. I now consider them as friends oh and Kiki make sure you order a frappe. Absolutely amazing

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The views, staff are welcoming, the free breakfast was great so many options to choose from. It has WiFi although out the hotel even the beach. You have your own sun bed with umbrellas. They also have a restaurant next to the beach. The view from our room is amazing. I was also given an upgrade from a garden view to a beach view. I was so happy since it was my birthday week. They also have a Greek dance show which was so entertaining. Everything was amazing. Supermarket is close by and restaurants. The only thing I regret is that I should have rented a car to see more on this island. They also have playgrounds for kids.

The worst hotel ever!!!!! Not even 2star. It says 4 star hotel and you expect the equivalent service. Hardly smiling receptionists, no Wi-Fi in the entire hotel and with the restrictions in roaming through Europe made it difficult for me to work. Now Aircondition appliance but some sort of old fashion thing with a plastic container under it and water was dripping. Breakfast was average. You had to pay for the sun-beds on the beach with the excuse that the beach belongs to the municipality and lots of locals visit it. Charge the locals. Find a way for your guests who pay 200 euro per day to use them for free. It’s not the 7 euro a set it’s just not not reasonable. Old deteriorated towels, smelly sheets, small rooms. There was a mosquito dead on the wall and no one bothered to clean it. Beds are so hard that I woke up every morning having all my body aching. The hotel itself is old fashion, reminded me the 80s, old furniture in the corridors. It’s a big no for me and I regret giving my money.

We received a lovely warm welcome from Dimitris on the very first night! Throughout our stay, we were always met with a smile from Dimitris, Filial, Rudin and Kiki. Thanks for making our stay so nice. Lovely hotel, lovely beach area! Gorge, thank you also! We were well looked after and should we visit Heraklion again, we would consider staying with you again. Only one gripe, you need to update the WiFi throughout the Hotel.

We've spent 10 beautiful days in Crete, returning to Kokkini Hani enjoying the sun&sea we've experienced a year ago. The Beach Bar of Themis is pretty close to the shore and also the hotel to jump in for a cocktail or frappé anytime! But the kindness and helpful-attitude of Kiki what makes them on top of my list! Without your support, our holiday would end much sooner and would have a much more stressful-one that we've deserved! ;) Thanks for every moments, see you next year again! Thank you Kiki!
