I had a very comfortable stay. The staffs were very helpful, polite and cheerful. The food was good. Overall, a good experience. Keep it up.

It is one of the biggest and grandest hotel in Kohima. We were booked in the mini suite and it was the best room you can find in terms of luxury in Kohima. The food was nice but we spent more time eating at the hornbill festival and the night market. The breakfast spread was also lavish and catering to all sensibilities. This place is totally worth it

Dustbins in room full of garbage. Room ventilation poor. No bellboy. No lift.

The ambiance of the hotel was very pleasant and peaceful. The staffs were kind too. The rooms were comfortable.

Went with family and friends for the Hornbill Fest. Wonderful, warm, clean property. Good F&B, great HK and friendly staff. Highly recommend this property in Kohima. Names of staff who went beyond their way to serve include Peza of FO, HK Supervisor, and many others in F&B, Chef Ganesh etc

Costly hotel(7k + per night) without any proper facilities.. eatable stuffs are charged double than the markets.. not worth the price.. not recommended.. moreover we had sleepless nights because of the noises coming from the roadside below and staffs are so mannerless without basic ettiquites. They walk so noisily

The hotel refused to give me a bill as and i quote, " as you have booked the hotel from make my trip so bill will not be provided.
