The hotel is located in a nice place, by the beach, with a beautiful swimming pool facing the beach! The restaurant is facing the sea as well! The front desk staff is not friendly at all and facilities are acceptable but those in the bathroom are really old- and have to be replaced.

That was just a perfect stay in this 5-star hotel. I have stayed in different hotels on Koh Tao, and Koh Tao Regal was the best! For the affordable price we have got a spacious room with a nice balcony with an amazing view to the beach and swimming pool. Though some people say that furniture is a bit old, we did not care. I wish i could stay in this hotel for a month or even longer. The hotel has 3 huge swimming pools! I guess just couple hotels on Koh Tao have swimming pools of that size, because we are on the island, with lack of fresh water! Amazing! And the beach is almost under your balcony. I fell in love with this hotel!

Lovely stay, beautiful location, helpful staff. A real hidden gem with in walking distance from all the tours, water sports, little shops, restaurants and party scenes.

The room is a little dated and the bathroom could use some modernising but apart from that is a lovely hotel. The pool is great but could use more of the newer sunbeds as the older ones are wooden and pro to giving you splinters (which I found out). The hotel is a short walk from the main pier and right next to the beach. I would stay again.

This room was pretty basic. It was not the most clean as it seems like a very old building. The TV was broken and the toilet was very stained. If you are using the room to just sleep, it is fine, but if you are looking to relax in the room, I would suggest booking elsewhere. There is no elevator so if you have a lot of bags, it is going to be difficult to take them to your room. No staff offered to help with my bags. One positive things is that it is a little out of the way of the business of all the restaurants and shops so it is more quiet at night.

Отличное местоположение, но за отелем не ухаживают. Видно, что он старенький. В ванной комнате неприятный запах, с напором воды проблемы, не работал основной свет в номере. Номер 321.

房間的櫃子一打開非常好多蚊蟲嚇**，而且很舊，但是整體房間很大，走出來就是泳池和沙灘，淋浴設施不好，但如果只住一晚上我想還是可以接受的

Шикарный отель. Всё близко. Бассейн сразу с номерами, спасение в люткю жару + на море босиком! Рекомендую!

Отель с отличной локацией, великолепным бассейном, но очень уставшие и грязные номера. Денег своих стоит, но я бы предпочел то же место, но чище и дороже

Place should be shut down. As you arrive you are met with a really steep hill that leads to a derelict building. We booked a superior suite and the state is absolutely shocking. The room looks like it hasn’t seen a cleaning product for years and there is mould growing all up the walls of our room. Apart from the location being ok and it being on the beach, the place needs a fumigation, renovation and a complete facelift. The fact they are charging what they are is a liberty. It’s an absolute biohazard
