De tildelte os en bungalow, alt var fint, det eneste var, at der ikke var varmt vand, og sengen var meget, meget hård. Alt andet godt!

Beautiful place!

I don’t like to rough it but when you’re in a location like this….i really couldn’t care. Cabins are a bit run down and you’re paying over the odds to stay here but it was worth it. We had the most memorable couple of days here. Staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Brilliant stay! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and comfortable and all the services worked well. The only suggestion to management would be to have more clothes hangers in the wardrobe.

Solid location. 1 min walk to beach and restaurant.

Terrible experiencia, nada como lo prometido. Reservamos este resort basándonos en las fotos prometedoras, pero lo que encontramos fue decepcionante y muy lejos de lo que se anunciaba. El bungalow que nos dieron no tenía ninguna imagen previa disponible, y ahora entendemos por qué. El lugar no contaba con agua caliente ni aire acondicionado, lo cual es esencial en un clima tan cálido. En cambio, había un ventilador colocado justo sobre nuestras cabezas, que hacía más ruido de lo que refrescaba. Además, la limpieza era claramente insuficiente: encontramos pelos junto a la cama y el lugar daba una sensación general de descuido. Para colmo, no había sábanas ni mantas; las únicas opciones para cubrirnos eran las toallas proporcionadas. El bungalow en sí era tan pequeño y cerrado que daba una sensación de claustrofobia, haciéndonos sentir incómodos durante toda la estadía. No recomendaría este lugar en absoluto.

Het was een heerlijk verblijf met vriendelijke mensen. Het hutje waarin we verbleven was heel prettig en ze regelden het vervoer vanaf het hotel weer terug naar de pier. Het zit op loopafstand van allemaal leuke winkels en restaurantjes en heeft zelf ook een restaurant gelegen aan het strand.

Kæmpe problem med myg, uhygiejnisk sengetøj, dårlig gæstfrihed. Du vil ikke nyde poolområdet på grund af det høje klorindhold - tro mig, det kan endda inficere dine øjne og resultere i conjunctivitis. Bare tjek klorniveauerne - for de er ikke gennemsigtige omkring det. I sidste ende booker du en 4-stjernet for nydelse, men her er den tæt på 1 eller 2 stjerne. Kunne ikke lide noget ved denne ejendom. Vil ikke anbefale, spar dine penge og bestil en bedre ejendom. Kun Moe var den gode ting, som arbejder på Sairee strandrestaurant, som var meget imødekommende.

Kan ikke anbefale dette sted nok! Bedste beliggenhed lige ved Sairee-stranden og et stenkast fra alle barer og restauranter, men alligevel langt nok væk til, at du ikke bliver holdt vågen om natten. Vi boede i en bungalow med en ventilator, og det var fantastisk værdi for pengene. Vi var oprindeligt bekymrede over manglen på aircondition, men det var overhovedet ikke et problem, da ventilatoren var kølig nok. Restauranten på stedet var også fantastisk, fremragende mad til meget gode priser. Hvis du ønsker at få din PADI dykkekvalifikation, mens du er i Koh Tao, er dette stedet at gøre det! Instruktørerne er geniale! Små grupper, pool på stedet til første dag med træning, poolbar og god stemning hele vejen rundt. Personalet er super venligt, det samme er hundene!

Great place to stay in Koh Tao. Not far from the pier and the hotel do free transfers. It’s in a great location as you can walk to loads of restaurants and it’s directly across from the beach. The 711 is also nearby. There are loads of rooms to choose from. We stayed in a pool view room but it was so tiny we couldn’t move in it and there was no storage so our case was in the little space there was. It would be ideal if you only have small luggage or back pack. We moved the next day to the big room looking onto the road/beach. It was brilliant. We were warned it could be noisy but we are not light sleepers and found the air con drowned out most noise. Both our rooms were nice enough with all you could need including a kettle. For the money it’s excellent. There are 2 pools that are both nice. 😊 Grumpy guy at the bar at the big pool was rude one night when I asked for ice and emphasised this bar is not part of the hotel. I didn’t know that! The restaurant across the road is part of the hotel but was being renovated as were the beach front bungalows so I cant comment on them. On changing rooms I had left my iPad in the safe. I discovered this days later when in Koh Samui. After tracking it on apple and contacting manager Mickey she found it for me and got it shipped to me on Samui!! Incredible service and I am so grateful. Koh Tao is definitely a young persons island so doubt I will go back but if I do I would get the same room in Sairee cottages.

Our standard bungalow was charming and well located for the beach, walking street, and restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. No fridge but a minimart was only about 5 min walk. The only inconveniences were no nightstands and little room to walk next to the bed. A small shelf for glasses and reading material near the bed would be helpful. Good Thai food and breakfast onsite.

Okay, we stayed for 9 nights, this is the 5th time in Thailand and second time on Koh Tao, and we loved this place because: 1. The staff were amazing, they helped us with taxi boat for snorkelling (boat nr 35, a very kind guy called Lai), advice on where to go on the island, everything we asked for or problems that we had, they solved it very quick and always with a smile. They cleaned every second day which was enough, if you try to keep the sand off your feet. It is a small tub outside the veranda to wash the sand off. Nice cleaning staff. 2. The premises, pool area, bungalow (we stayed in beach front bungalow OB4). Everything was clean and although noisy in the nights when people went to the bars, it was worth it with the view we had from the bungalow veranda where we watched the sunset and beach/boat people all day long. The room had a nice Air con and a little fridge, the bed was a little hard as everywhere in Thailand. The pool with a ”swim in” bar, also very nice and clean. 3. The restaurant with a barbecue each night to die for, so delicious and very nice breakfast and pizza too. Quick response from the staff, they never seemed to rest.

tranquil and lovely host and you must try home made jam not far from local beach and local convenience stores and a short strolls to local eateries. need a car to go to city or taxi is not that expensive but local drivers sometimes crazy as i’ve been told
