Fantastisk pool, ren del af stranden, tæt nok til at gå til masser af caféer og butikker. Vi reserverede som en familie på én reservation, men fik at vide ved check-in, at vi skulle bo i separate områder af hotellet... dette var meget skuffende, da vi havde anmodet om værelser tæt på hinanden. Manageren var ikke så venlig, da vi bad om at skifte værelse for at være tættere sammen. De fleste ansatte, der arbejder på resortet, var venlige, og det var rent og godt vedligeholdt. Jeg ville helt sikkert blive igen og anbefale til andre.

Hi all, I booked 3 nights, only stayed 2 nights and moved on...why? After getting a room with a balcony, I'm told the entire property is NON SMOKING...fair enough....but...the buildings smelt of cigarette smoke, The very front and back of the property have a designated smoking area, but no weed...I wouldn't mind if ...they stuck by their policies. I didn't smoke out of respect...for other travellers...and children

Very nice and quiet hotel. Amazing breakfast! The pool and beach are beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. We are already missing Ti-Cha’s amazing smile and kindness.

Highly recommended. Perfect location , service, and facility

about 10mins drive from airport to hotel. hotel location is good, near to central plaza & chaweng night market approx 10-12mins walk. it's a one way street so not too many cars around. the beach is also less than a minute walk from hotel. stayed at level 3 garden view. night time we could still hear music but it was fine, music was not too loud that we couldnt sleep. door closing from neighbours did affect our sleep though. perhaps soft closing of doors could be implemented. housekeeping staff was friendly too, only that we didnt ask for housekeeping everyday because after our 1st housekeeping, our entire room smell bad it could be due to the mop and cleaning materials used which cause the smell.. breakfast spread was excellent, variety of international cuisine. live egg and noodles station, foods were getting refilled promptly. if you are staying in the hotel around 2-4pm, there's happy hour 1-1. we ordered chicken sandwich as well, it was superb. swimming pool is clean too, many beach bench available, beach towel is available as well.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is great too. And the breakfast options are amazing.

Everything was good , the room balcony was a bit small.

We loved this resort 🥰, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows so soft. The pool was immaculate, the beach perfect and we were in the middle of everything while being quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. The breakfast was quite good too!!! Will definitely come back!!!

Convenient location. Clean. Great restaurant and bar. Beach access. Great breakfast. Would definitely return ♥️

It is one of the best resorts in the area.

Great hotel with great location. Only a short walk to the main centre. Rooms are fairly small, but clean and comfortable.
