Here's the revised review: "I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. On the positive side: - The view was truly breathtaking and fabulous. - The family room was fantastic and met our needs. - The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who was always smiling and helpful. - The breakfast was good and satisfying. However, there were some areas that fell short of my 4-star expectations: - The hotel's location was inconvenient, requiring a taxi ride to reach any beach. - The rooms lacked a telephone, which was a notable omission. - There was no bell boy or concierge service available. - The swimming pool was not well-maintained, with dirty water that needed vacuuming and chlorination. - The lack of a kids' area was noticeable, and the absence of laundry facilities was inconvenient. - Due to the pool's condition, we requested a change or refund, but unfortunately, the hotel wasn't able to accommodate our request. Despite the issues, the staff's friendliness made our stay bearable. To live up to its 4-star rating, the hotel needs to address these issues and improve its facilities and services."

Amazing hotel beautiful resort just a little out the way - taxis don’t like collecting as up a hill

Up on a hill, clean room and lovely staff. My room had a great view. Comfy bed.

🏨This hotel has an amazing view if you book the “sea view room”. However, here’s what you should know: ⬇️ 1. The room smelt so bad that you can’t even breath properly (I got the sea view room for me and my daughter with twin beds). The bad smell wouldn’t disappear even if you turn the AC on. 2. You won’t be able to open the sliding door to get fresh air because the bugs will come in your room. 3. We stayed over night and I have found a total of 6 centipedes crawling everywhere (floor, ceilings, patio, under the blanket, bathtub, etc.) Mosquitoes, flies and other bugs are everywhere in the bathroom with spider web. My daughter was scared to death. 😭 4. Our room was located on -4 level without elevator (carrying 2 big luggages by myself back and forth of their steep stairs) was a nightmare. 5. The breakfast didn’t have much choice for food. 6. We ordered lunch at their restaurant and it took forever (almost an hour) to arrive. Mind you, I only ordered satay chicken and steamed rice. 🙄 7. The location of the hotel is on top of the hill, going to a nearby beach or places to shop needs to take a taxi or grab. ☑️On a good note, they have infinity pools for you to enjoy a spectacular view will relaxing and sipping your cocktail. Do I recommend this hotel? It’s your choice. Will I come back and stay at this place again? Honestly, no.

WARNING! ABANDONED. The place is abandoned and they take bookings for it anyway. Should be closed. No staff no services bo food or drinks. Nothing. They took the booking and left us with nothing. Had to book another place no refund. Terrible worst place I've stayed. Not that we stayed. I left immediately after nearly falling through the wooden deck looking for staff to help with check in

I had a great time here. It is so beautiful. I enjoyed the pools and view so much. The room and balcony were great. The spa was not open and it is far from other things but to me that was minor compared to the beauty.

Make sure you choose the room with views to the sea

Hotel slightly far for from beach, difficult to reach walking, due to very steep access road. The hotel facilities and pools are amazing! Really beautiful, the scenario of the balcony over the bay is awesome!!!

Excellent hotel, we loved our stay in here. Breathtaking views over the bay. The common areas have a ping pong and billiard and a small gym. The staff is really friendly, breakfast is okay! You might need a scooter if you like to explore the around areas, it's a bit remote to walk anywhere.

We found cockroaches and spiders in the room and the floors where dirty .When we asked them they did not clean . The location is good the view is beautiful but the spa and bar where closed and it wasn't giving resort but rather ordinary hotel

Old hostel, bad service

I loved my stay her! The location is hidden away and if you hire a moped you can visit many near by attractions. The hotel Itself was clean and well staffed, however the snooker table was not in the best condition. The sauna and steam room were also both closed. I would definitely recommend if only planning to stay a couple nights!!

The staffs are so good in there, so prestativo helpful. The view is really great, I loved the pool.
