Looks better than the photos, lovely beach, feels exclusive. Service was good thoughout the resort, proactive and butler is just a WhatsApp away.

The view is beautiful, but the food and service are poor. The breakfast is subpar, and the Sands restaurant is empty and unsatisfactory. This is not a five-star hotel, and I am very disappointed.

Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future.

Very good hotel for family. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. We got the help from LuLu and others to book the fishing boat within short time, they even help to pay the cash first, and allow me to pay backup later after collect from the bank. Anyway, very good hotel to live with my family.

Best villa hotel in samui. Pool is much bigger than a normal pool villa. Would recommend horizon hill crest room. Service is v good

非常棒的酒店，悦榕莊的服務一直保持高水準，每位員工見到都會熱情問候。房間佈置有一些年代感，但是保養維護做得很好，入住舒適度滿滿。早餐選擇不多，但也算精緻。酒店晚餐餐廳選擇太少，如果泰餐廳約滿就衹能去沙灘餐廳，沙灘餐廳佈局是全開放式的，如果下雨或者大風天氣，用餐略微不是太舒適。

Service不錯，所有員工都有禮貌，房間設施比較舊，入住第一晚已經有兩隻蟑螂，而且有幾條蟲會走入房到，反而布吉既banyantree 保養得比較好 佢地既Spa啲毛巾你都感覺到比較笠好似洗唔乾淨咁。。。 另外佢地星期六既fire show都幾好睇 但下次不會再住 三千幾蚊有更好既選擇

這應該是目前為止我訂過最貴的房間了，七千一晚我覺得是超值的，因為我們本來也需要定兩間房的，合二為一價值提升的可不止一倍，悦榕莊是第一次住，但早就耳聞大名，酒店管理非常嚴格，外來車輛根本進不去，內部也是全部使用電瓶車接送，房間環境沒得説，就跟做夢一樣，服務也是一流的，私密性完美。不愧是頂級的度假酒店，唯一覺得就是酒店內部的米其林餐廳感覺不是很夠米其林的感覺，除此之外，這裏可能是你無可挑剔的選擇
