A resort with a good vibe. Perfect for a retreat.  Note: Breakfast has limited options of Thai food (and cater to foreigner’s tastes basically).

Beautiful place to stay and great service, but seems like mostly family resort. As a couple we also enjoyed our stay but be ready to stay with lot of children) The thing I specially liked: tasty local-made sweet compliments and postcards from the staff in the room on arrival and after each cleaning. Super comfy beds and sofas - you will sleep like on the clouds.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. There isn’t much breakfast options but the food was delicious Quick and easy check in Not worth the high price but overall a great hotel with a luxe feeling

The reason I booked Kimpton was because of the interior design, very beautiful property. The room was nice and comfortable with spacious balcony. Staffs are very helpful and nice, just a bit out of control during breakfast time, kinda feel like understaff. It’s a great place for family so not so recommended for couples or people who prefer quiet and privacy. Foods at the fish house restaurant are amazing, fresh ingredients and good quality. Plus point is the sunrise is so beautiful from Kimpton.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel. Both beautiful and spacious You can do many activities and the staff also provide good service. The price is reasonable and can make my vacation very relaxing. If there is a chance, I would like to bring my friends and family to stay here. This hotel is a cheap hotel. And there are officers who provide good service. Located in a place that is easy to travel to. The area inside the hotel is clean.I really like this type of room. At first, I liked it from the picture, so I booked a room here. But when I arrived, I was relieved because the service here is good. All the staff are lovely and helpful in every aspect. Plus, the price is reasonable for the accommodation. It makes me want to come and relax on a tiring day here.

Awesome hotel.

Excellent property with wonderful staff, receptionist Naomi was very accommodating and made sure our stay was perfect with exceptional service, J and apple were wonderful and always smiling. Chef banana was very friendly and super accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Repeated stay. Very nice hotel with nice staffs. Bed is comfortable shower heat is good. Had some welcome snacks

New hotel, the Staff need more training to reach 5 Start hotels standard

As a couple, we stayed two nights for $1,200 at what was probably an extremely high price. Nevertheless, we were expecting a much better experience. We’ve enjoyed: - a room with a perfect view of the kids’ splash pool - some average food at the restaurant, including some cold fries - crazy scenes of sunbeds with dirty towels everywhere, and if you’d like to spend your afternoon by the pool, don’t expect anyone to come by and ask if you’d like something to drink or offer you some ice water… - best of all, the reconstructed bacon during breakfast, definitely a 5-star wonderful delicacy. Front desk manager Khun Kanita has been very kind and tried to solve things. It’s just not easy when it’s run by unembarrassed, greedy hoteliers.

Outstanding stay … look no further. Everything taken care of down to the last detail from the minute you arrive.

I booked a room with access the the pool. My family and I both loved it. The room and the pool are well design and clean. The main pool is nice too and very instagramable. The buffet breakfast has a variety of choice and we can order from the menu. The only down side is the beach. But I still recommend this hotel to everyone.

Overall experience is ok

Perfect in everyway, Will be back again for sure.
