Honeymoon Perfection at Six Senses Samui. We recently booked a stay at Six Senses Samui for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the service, amenities, and attention to detail were absolutely amazing. Every staff member provided exceptional hospitality, making us feel truly special. A special mention goes to the manager, Nirob, and his outstanding team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. The food was another highlight of our experience. Six Senses Samui’s commitment to sustainability is evident, with many ingredients sourced directly from their onsite garden and within Thailand. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. The room decor is breathtaking, blending luxury with nature in a beautiful jungle fever style. It felt like a serene oasis, perfectly designed for relaxation and unwinding. We will most definitely be back and highly recommend Six Senses Samui to anyone visiting Koh Samui who wants to relax, recharge, and experience unparalleled hospitality. It truly lives up to its stellar reputation and star rating!

The resort is very quiet with very few guests and activities. For the price paid, there are no exceptional services and amenities given compared to other hotels in the island. Breakfast spread is limited and we were told a fee is required to take the shuttle bus to Chaweng Beqch. There are limited restaurants choices too.

The hotel is amazing, especially the service! Every detail demonstrates how much the staff cares about the guest experience. The hotel even provides an app that allows guests to communicate with staff for various services, such as spa and restaurant bookings, as well as information about hotel amenities. While being close to nature does mean there are some mosquitoes and insects, the hotel thoughtfully provides guests with items like mosquito repellent, coils, and cream for bites. Although the restaurant selection is limited, it’s more than sufficient. Dining on the rock offers an incredible view at the edge of the hill, overlooking the ocean and nearby islands. The other restaurant, Dining on the Hill, has a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by grass and a pond. I will definitely recommend Six Senses Koh Samui!

Amazing resort, everything is perfect There’s not much to do on Koh Samui, but it’s perfect fine to just stay in the hotel. The hotel has activities throughout the day, everyday. We loved our stay

This is by far the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at. Me and my wife celebrated our honeymoon here and it was perfect. The resort is perfect and large but don’t worry, the staff are more than willing to buggy you around everywhere. The breakfast is amazing and again everyone has such a nice smile on their faces. But the best thing was, they upgraded us to a villa with a pool and complimentary dinner at their beautiful restaurant that overlooks a hill. The location, staff, service and villas are all perfect and we could definitely not have asked for more. Word of advice either stay here for your whole trip or end your trip here because the six senses do really set the standards very high and no where else will feel the same. 10/10 !

to be honest, this is not the best Six senses hotel in chain.. pros: - beautiful area, - great main swimming pool cons: - villas are let down - bed - to small - bed mattress uncomfortable (like in hostel) - pillows - not comfortable - villa view is not the best, one villa on another for sure there are better choices on island in this price range

酒店整體設施陳舊，植物野蠻生長，別墅房型旁邊的芒果樹不停掉芒果，掉在院子裏 重點是！！蚊蟲巨多！！！點蚊香根本沒用酒店給的防蚊噴霧也沒用，要自己去外面買還要全身上下塗滿，不然在別墅院子裏坐一會就能把人咬哭！！！根本不敢逗留拍照！！帶孩子真的是無法忍受了，怕蚊蟲的慎選！！ 餐廳蒼蠅多，會直接俯沖到你湯裏的程度！！！ 服務尚可，算熱情但是在同價位度假酒店裡並不算特別好 沙灘非常非常普通！！！沙子粗還很小，還不如亞龍灣………… 優點是main pool很漂亮，看日落很好 不會有第二次的六扇！！

我們的房間是最前面，整個前方一點兒遮擋都沒有，房間佈局很合理，蚊帳並沒有碰到破了的情況。每天都有免費的早上收蚊帳整理床和晚上放蚊帳鋪夜床，很方便很温馨～ 唯一有點兒驚心動魄的就是其中一夜起床去衞生間的時候在地板上碰到了大蜘蛛，還是比較特殊的體驗哦～ 自助早餐味道一般，但同樣的這個餐廳的午餐和晚餐味道非常好！ 下次來還會選擇這裏，很喜歡💕

進入酒店的路，非常難走。與偏僻沒有關係。 進入大堂，大堂可能衹有30平，非常侷促。 前台服務人員絕對有歧視。儘管我們有民族自豪感，但他們的專業精神很一般。check in時，來自其他國家的住客，還沒下車就站起來歡迎。我們到了，服務態度很敷衍。 酒店的基礎工作人員，看運氣，有的給黑臉，有的給白臉。服務上很一般。 酒店的海景是漂亮的，但酒店內的路非常窄，而且路邊很臟。隨處可見各種工作車輛。 房間的話，面積很小，算不上金鑽度假酒店該有的面積。進入房間，泳池中全是落葉。 房間的養護，除了地面有瑕疵。剩下木質都還不錯。 房間的私密性也很弱，走在路上，如果房間不拉窗簾，是會被看見的。 帶小孩的，一定要注意蚊蟲。從入住到離開，身上不止十個蚊蟲包。 酒店的沙灘也很小，如果趕上天氣不好，有風的天氣來，基本上看不見沙灘。 預訂時五千多的價格完全不值得。

環境服務很好，就是非常原生態蚊子有點多。除此之外壁虎蜥蜴也不少，房間門口還看到了蛇。房間打掃和夜床服務非常到位，衹是窗簾早上需要自己手動拉開，對女生來説有點花力氣，如果有電動的會更方便一點。spa非常好，六扇的強項果然很頂。管家和工作人員都非常nice

環境還行，但是蚊蟲太多，室外很容易被叮咬。總體而言服務就是很標準的熱情服務，但是不建議不懂英文的遊客去，酒店基本上衹能英文溝通。

遇到的每一位工作人員都很nice，令人難忘的美好回憶，很適合度假放鬆，酒店風景絕美，可以花大部分時間泡在酒店不需要出去，早餐也很豐盛，每天都有不一樣的特色可以點，下次還會選擇入住這家酒店

本來這是一個非常期待入住的酒店 但入住體驗非常差 環境沒毛病 設計感很強 照相出片。這是我唯一給環境的一個滿分。差在服務上，入住前半個月就給酒店發過郵件 説是蜜月。到了以後完全沒有蜜月benefit。沒蛋糕無所謂 連個床上佈置都沒有 有朋友和我們一起入住 他們的房間風景都比我們的好。給我們房間來一個海景風景有三個屋頂遮擋。當時我就很不滿意。管家讓同事帶我去另外一個房間 結果那個房間好久沒住過人了 地板磚都是斷裂的 如果想入住這間還要等打掃。讓我們沒有一點選擇 其實那兩天的入住率也就10%。總共66個Villa ，非要給我們一間好久沒人住沒打掃的villa嗎？問題是已經當面和管家説了 面對面説的 蜜月能否換個好點的房間 就這樣 管家在知情的情況下 還是什麼都沒有 連句祝福的話都沒有。期間拉行李的小哥一直問我 行李放在哪 他們要去處理別的事情 我想問 5千一晚的酒店還有什麼事情比客人還重要？我讓他去問管家 不要問我。就這樣我們還是入住了安排好的那間 本想算了 蜜月不想不開心 結果當晚上防蚊紗簾放下來 直接震驚到我的三觀 紗簾縫補多達4處…且空調完全不能開 調到睡眠模式也是發動機一樣的噪音。連着兩個晚上我們都是凌晨三點冠掉空調才能入睡。之前看小紅書 很多人分享入住攻略 説椰子🥥和冰激淋免費 我問管家 管家説不免費。最後退房的時候 我和經理反應各種問題 又得知是免費的 那為什麼沒人説 問了都説不免費？ 總之 住過這麼多五星酒店的品牌 六扇是讓我最失望的 對比起前幾天住的悦榕莊 簡直一個天一個地 衹能説六扇的服務和價格完全不能成正比。對了 説到這 還得再提下六扇的床品 被單 枕套有一股油漬很久洗不掉的味道 噁心我了很久 我每天都是點着香薰入睡。每天晚上睡前鋪床服務也不會給小餅乾 這點不如悦榕莊大氣 check out也沒有小禮物 衹有兩瓶冰的飲用水。我真的很懷疑六扇是要破產還是怎麼樣 這麼摳門嗎？ 蚊帳應我的反應第二天終於換成新的了。我的重點是 這是一家奢華五星級酒店 5千一晚的酒店 我想問如此蕭條的大環境 有多少人願意付給你這個錢去消費 難道酒店不應該重視和感恩嗎 但其細節和服務連2-3千的水準都達不到 甚至沒有享受到應該有的權益。最後經理問我有沒有掃酒店的二維碼 意思是在為沒有提供免費的冰激淋和椰子水找藉口 我想問 這個服務難道不是應該酒店主動告知嗎 客人能發現就給 發現不了活該沒有 是這個邏輯嗎？ 我在乎的不是免不免費 而是沒有得到重視。 最後一點 酒店分日落和日出房 反正據我的觀察 中國人都被安排在了日出房型。房間裏的泳池也不是每天都打掃 阿姨給我們收拾房間對用過的酒杯不會更換新的 而是簡單用水沖一下直接放回原處。身體乳也不會檢查有沒有 以至於我一直用自己的帶的。洗髮水難以按出 必須擰開蓋子倒出來用。這個六扇在蘇梅已經有十幾年了…黃色的毛巾有的也是破破爛爛 會有一些新的 但破爛褪色的毛巾就混在一起放着 這些細節讓我十分不解..我老公也説 這裏的服務員看起來都沒有那麼開心
