A big positive surprise. Despite a real good position on the sunset side of the island, it was super quiet and very comfortable. In the back of this hotel is the intercontinental Hotel which comes for a multiple of the price. I would always prefer to ho back to this hotel. Great value, super friendly and genuinely helpful staff. Great location, spectacular sunsets, great sand beach for swimming. What can you want more? I will come back for sure.

Caution, don't go near! The worst hotel in Thailand. The photos, comments and rating are fake. Old, neglected and falling apart room, pool with dirty water and yellow-green, worst location on the island, far and isolated from everything. I saw the condition of the hotel and immediately asked to leave and cancel. They did not approve the cancellation, but I left anyway because you can't stay in such a shabby and neglected place.

The hotel was nice Not all staff speak Thai , a bit shame because it s Thailand. Very quiet and only 4 other people stay at the hotel. The restaurant was only open untill 20.00. We only go out for dinner. Not clean the beach every day. And not clean much around pool and restaurant area , many leaves on the floor . Maybe in high saison is it better ...

Situated on the lipa noi beach, this resort is amazing. The room and the service were top notch, we booked a sunset view room, but too bad we couldnt see the sunset because all days we stayed there were cloudy in the evening. Nevertheless, highly recommend this place for families and chill stays

Отличное тихое место,пляж,закат потрясающий! Номер с джакузи и супер дизайном,очень яркие вызывает эмоции! Были на ночь с 2-3 сентября,одни в отеле,полный Приват!

Что мы получили при заезде? Апгрейд на высокую категорию, приветственная тарелка фруктов, красочно оформленная комната, запуск фонарика вечером, и конечно же, улыбки. Так встретил нас Sunset beach. Отметили в отеле годовщину совместной жизни. Шикарный отель, в котором всё продумано до мелочей. Бассейн, спа, кафе, буйная растительность. Всё ухожено и содержится в полном порядке. У отеля лучший участок пляжа на Taling Ngam, который позволяет купаться в море даже в отлив. Ну и, конечно же, шикарные закаты, которые никого не оставят равнодушными. Спасибо Sunset beach, всему персоналу, за отлично проведенное время.

Уединенное и спокойное место! Персонал прекрасный и отзывчивый. Еда очень вкусная, особенно Том-ям. В целом побережье немноголюдное. Именно этого и хотелось после московской суеты. На закаты приезжают местные и туристы. Единственное, что огорчало это соседство большого отеля, в котором когда проходят вечеринки тебе никуда (до 23ч) не скрыться от ужасной тыц-тыц музыки.

What an incredible place this is. Nestled in the hills, over looking the sea, sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Lovely swimming pool areas, superb Club Lounge where we were warmly looked after by Lisa and Som-o who were truly amazing. Restaurants were great and what views to enjoy your evening drinks.

After many years, I was able to return to the Sunset Beach Resort and Spa. I was pleasantly surprised that almost everything was the same as it was back then. The resort had already impressed me years ago, and this stay was fantastic again. The resort is in a excellent condition! I booked a beachfront pool villa, which was really beautiful and spacious. The small private pool was great and I also liked the outdoor rain shower. The entire staff was very warm, friendly and extremely attentive! I would like to thank everyone very much. The service was outstanding and the food very delicious. The only thing was that the beach (but not in front of the resort, though) wasn't the cleanest, and also the water wasn't that clear. Since the resort is in a very quiet location, I was able to relax thoroughly. Trust me, I will be back. All the best to all of you and kind regards, Rolf

What a fantastic place! Everything about it was brilliant, breakfast was massive, drinks were nice- I recommend the yam yam cocktail mmm mmm. I ate there a few times and the food was lovely. The staff are all amazing, so friendly and helpful with everything- they really are and asset to the hotel. They have a fitness suite but I didn't use it but I did use the steam room, sauna and cold room. Everywhere is spotless, it's right on the beach and even the gardens are immaculate. I'd definitely go back here. Big shout to Joy, Jason, Paul and Tom. Thank you guys.

The Sunset Beach Resort is a beautiful boutique resort on the West side of Koh Samui , Taling Ngam, so it's very quite. This was the most restful holiday (11 nights), which was greatly needed, I've ever had. The staff were impeccable nothing was too much, Joy and Jason will give you everything you need within reason. The rest of the staff, all of them, the cook, the gardeners, the general staff were so beautiful, Honey and Phon, and I can't remember everyone's names. The rooms are lovely, the pool and gardens are very well maintained. There are a few places you can walk to if you don't want to eat at the resort, or a lot more choices if you have a vehicle. The food in the resort was outstanding, the cook, cooked traditional Thai food we couldn't fault it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a restful holiday without all the traffic and noise on the outside. If you want to party/shop and have lots of choices of bars and cafes then go to Chaweng or Fisherman's Warf. Highly recommend, we will be back. Thank you Joy, Jason, and the rest of the staff for looking after us.

Честно могу сказать , что более приятного отношения к постояльцам не встречали ни в одном отеле из всех в которых жили, а проехали мы приличное количество стран. При этом, сервис внутри отеля и на всей его территории можно назвать абсолютно не навязчивым. Царит атмосфера полного релакса и расслабона. Никто не лезет с ненужными вопросами и не желает вам хорошего дня 35 раз за день. Считаем этот отель лучшим сочетанием цены и качества. В тезисах, почему нам очень понравилось: ❤️ У этого отеля классный песчаный пляж, пригодный для купания в любое время дня. Даже во время отлива купаться можно!!! ❤️ Напитки и еду без проблем приносят на пляж из ресторана. ❤️ Если вы решите прийти на пляж и взять с собой свою бутылочку вина или чего-нибудь другого- никто возражать не будет. Персонал максимально лояльный, даже организуют вам бокалы и ice buscet. Бесплатно! ❤️ Закаты в этой части острова просто незабываемые. Вид из номера пушка!!! ❤️ На завтраках все вкусно, могут учесть ваши пожелания если вам захочется свежие фрукты или овощи. Их добавят на завтрак. Мы, например, попросили добавить папаю, организовали без проблем. Она была каждое утро. ❤️ Отдельно хочется отметить всегда чистую посуду и столы в ресторане. В Тае, даже в дорогих отелях не всегда так чисто. ❤️ Мы часто ужинали в отеле, меню не больше, но все очень вкусно. ❤️ Уборка ежедневная, прибирают хорошо, полотенца меняют. ❤️ Отель удачно расположен в тихой и спокойной части острова. Недалеко от отеля есть зал тайского бокса, дети ходили туда на тренировки. Хочется особенно выделить управляющую отеля, Мисис Джой. Крайне позитивный и легкий человек. Смело обращайтесь к ней напрямую, она честно постарается сделать ваш отдых максимально комфортным. К посещению обязательно!!! Всем привет, хорошего отдыха!!!
