I had high hopes for this hotel and although the beach was lovely, and the hotel garden was nice, the stay wasn’t great. Because of our flight the next morning, we were unable to get the breakfast buffet that we had paid for as they don’t start serving breakfast till 8am. After a conversation that was a little unpleasant, we finally got the offer of a small discount on the taxi to airport next day and some sandwiches for the morning. When we opened the sandwiches the next morning, they were full of ants and therefore inedible. During our short stay, we also ordered fruit shakes. They got the order wrong which was ok as mistakes can happen and they ended up giving us what we had asked for but then they tried to overcharge us. The whole time there felt very disorganised - we also got charged twice for the taxi (although they did return the second payment) in the end. I would definitely stay in one of the other hotels on Silver Beach!

К великому сожалению отель получилось забронировать только на один день, на остальное время он уже был раскуплен. Приехали в 11-30. Нас сразу заселили без дополнительной оплаты. В кафе с видом на море нас ждал приветственный напиток. Отель расположен в саду. Домик чистый, просторный. Душ под открытым небом. Кругом поют птицы. Из отеля прямой выход на пляж. При нас утром пляж прибрали и выравнивали песок. Сам пляж находится в бухте, волн почти не бывает. По сторонам пляжа находятся живописные валуны. Инстаграммные места. Завтрак по меню, но вполне хороший. Блюда красиво сервируют и их можно заказывать неоднократно, официанты сами предлагают. Персонал отеля очень клиентоориентирован.

Любимый наш отель на Самуи. Жалко, что в этот раз не было свободных номеров до конца нашего пребывания.

La posizione è ottima in zona Lamai, proprio in una delle spiaggia più belle dell’isola e con una vista magnifica. Ciò però comporta nel stare lontano da tutto, il centro è a 15/20 minuti a piedi abbondanti. La struttura è molta carina e il personale cordiale, cosa insolita è che il bagno è all’esterno e bisogna munirsi di spray antizanzara. La colazione è abbastanza buona, ma pecca molto il fatto che bisogna stare sempre a chiedere per riavere il bis di qualsiasi cosa, per esempio il succo viene servito su un bicchierino che lo si finisce in un sorso. Per il resto il soggiorno è stato molto positivo.

クリスタルビーチに隣接しているので、いつでも好きなタイミングでビーチに行くことができます。私が訪れた7月のクリスタルビーチはそれほど透き通ってはいませんでした。シュノーケリングができるようなビーチではないです。部屋は広く快適でした。朝ごはんも豪華でとても満足でした。近くにセブンイレブンとレストランが数件ありますが、それ以外に特段目立ったお店はありません。ナイトライフを楽しみたい方には向かないと思います。市街地へのアクセスにはソンテウが便利です。日中ならいくらでも走っています。

This great little resort is located on the most beautiful beach! We spent five nights here. We had a Seaview bungalow which had an amazing view. The gardens are lovely and so well kept. Staff are friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the daily a la carte breakfast and had a couple of other excellent meals at the beachfront restaurant. Cocktails were good and well priced. Rooms cleaned very well on a daily basis. We loved the outdoor shower! Would definitely return 😃

our original stay was cancelled by covid. Fabulous Beach villas are great (although there was a slight mix up with ours, but no problem) staff very friendly breakfast ok ( don't think whoever thought up the American breakfast has ever been to America) quiet and peacefull

This place is just beautiful. The bungalow was ready long before check in as we were early. The bungalow was so clean and just adored the open bathroom. The gardens were so well maintained with beautiful plants everywhere. The staff couldn't do enough to help with anything. The breakfast was amazing too. The location on silver beach was just perfect. I think it was my favourite beach on the island. I can't wait to be able to go back there. Suffice to say I didn't want to leave.

Where to begin…it’s the little things that make a difference. A hand towel to dry your hands after using the bathroom would be good. Instead we were told to use toilet paper. There’s no hooks to hang your big towel on in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work. The bedside socket was hanging off and didn’t work. The room was dark and dated. The “bar/restaurant” is so uninviting that we didn’t spend any time there. So much more could be done to make guests more comfortable, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. The staff tried their best but there are so many other nicer places to stay which are actually cheaper

We stayed for 2 weeks at promtsuk and is was a really beautiful place. The bungalows are in a beautiful garden and less than a minute to Crystal beach front. The bungalow was clean and spacious. We had an outside shower, which was very special! The restaurant on the beachfront was fantastic, we had breakfast there and the food was excellent. The staff Lee, Sen, Tutu and I can't remember the ladies name, were so helpful and friendly and made our stay even more special! There are beachfront massages and pedicures which are great. The beach itself is clean, it does get busy, but There is always space, much nicer than Chaweng beach. We look forward to coming back here, it was truly paradise😀
