A decent hotel. limited facilities, but close to some decent hotel. The rooms are okay and quiet. I would stay there again.

Beautiful location

Отель действительно немного уставший,как пишут многие о нем, но он настолько хорошо вписывается в естественную природу и это здорово и красиво! Зелёная территория, на первой береговой линии к морю. Бунгало простенькие, но если вы едете сюда за природной красотой, релаксом, медитацией, отличный вариант для размещения. Эээ. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный.

Забронировали номер бунгало суперион с видом на сад,фотограии не соответствуют действительности,дали номер 115 похожий на кануру или нору для животных,в номере паутина,грязь,белье в дырах серое с пятнами номер 40 метров.После обращения на ресепшион отеля о просьбе заменить номер вышла управляющая отелем и начала кричать ненравится номер можете убираться с ее стороны был дикий ор и провокации с когтями у моего лица,в дальнейшем после такого негативного диа лога нам заменили номер на бунгало стандарт 20 метров,ниже категорией без всяких комплементов и перерасчете со стороны отеля где мы и остались на 7 бронированных дней номер 706 в дальнейшем при обращении к управляющиму отеля по предоставлении нам бро Нированного нами номера опять крик,ор ,пожелании нам убираться.отель весь в запустении,разваливается,половина номеров и бунгало разрушены,наше бунгало 706 работало,а рядом бунгало заброшены.Плюсы хороший пляж заход в море без камней,место расположение рядом Макро,Севен,биг си,лежаки ,шезлонги,зонтики в ужасном состоянии,байки уних арендованные плохие,старые,в неудовлетворительном состоянии,незастрахованные.В общем нерекомендую этот отель,непортите себе отдых даже если бюджет очень ограничен.Моя оценка 1 либо 2 с натяжкой!!! Номер 115 с видом на парковку.лесенка к пляжу крутая.

Месторасположение отличное! Будьте готовы к тому, что фото не совсем соответствуют действительности, возможно, сделаны были тогда, когда отель был новым. 1 минута до берега. Пляж песчаный превосходный, берег чистый! Ресторанчики на берегу. Номера очень скромные, в старом тайском стиле. Постели чистые. Часть номеров немного обновлена, но нам достался старый номер. Можно взять на прокат мотобайк прямо в отеле. Персонал вполне доброжелателен. Отель очень скромный, хотелось бы получше, но я бы остановилась ещё раз только из-за чистого песчаного пляжа, на котором не много людей. Когда штормило, мы плавали в бассейне, расположен прямо на берегу.

Отель довольно старый, не обновлялся больше 10 лет. Однако, имеет традиционный тайский колорит (деревянные номера, бревенчатые полы с дырками). Обслуживание хорошее, персонал старается помочь. Тем, кто привык к более роскошному размещению, будет не комфортно (шумные кондиционеры, старая мебель и и.д.). Но в целом отель не плохой, очень хорошая территория с бассейном. Тишина.

I consider this older resort hotel to be a 'hidden gem' at Lamai Beach. I was skeptical about it at first because I had seen it from the beach during the pandemic and it seemed to be falling apart. But on this trip I had to book on short notice and my options were limited, so I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised! Although you can't tell from the beach, it's a large resort that extends up to a number of bungalows up on the hill. Yes, it's old and in need of maintenance, but it's directly on the beach in a good location. Your satisfaction with your Bill Resort experience may depend on the type of room that you book. The beachside bungalows were nice, but beyond my budget. (And you need to book them far in advance.) I chose NOT to book in the cheapest group of rooms in a common building. Instead I booked the 'villa', which was large and had a nice patio. If you're not sure which room to choose, ask the lady at the front desk, who is very helpful. Motorcycles can be rented from the front office as well. The resort is still a bit rough around the edges but it seems like they've made incremental improvements. Their restaurant is open (although I didn't eat there), the pool water looks clean, and the beachside massage ladies are available almost every day. One night per week they have a 'reggae night' at the bar. It was a bit noisy and it's not my thing, but I was glad to see that they have a popular activity. Downhill from the resort on the other side is the main road, Lamai Post Office, and a Macro. Overall, Bill Resort is in an excellent location right on Lamai Beach at an affordable price for the area. I would stay there again on future trips to the Lamai area.

Absolutely outraged, we had booked a week stay here after reading good things. Aircon broken for days, was put in another room that was less than what we payed for and was dirty. Finally got back to our originally room and told the lady at the desk we wanted to stay longer as we couldn’t find anywhere else, she wrote it down on our file and then we went to pay and she said we couldn’t stay. No other hotels available in the area for the next few nights and as a pregnant woman this is not only scary but unacceptable

Stayed at the Bill Resort 20 years ago and loved it so much that I decided to revisit them when in Koh Samui again. Check in was quick and easy. I was shown to my room, which was large and although dated, was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Based on the room alone, I would give 5*. However, the public areas were overgrown and in serious need of maintenance. The path to my room was damaged and it would have been easy to trip over the different levels in the damaged path. Gardens were overgrown and the room where I stayed on my previous stay looked like it was run down and no longer in use. The pool area looked nice but the bar area needed weeding and the bar looked like it hadn't been opened in a long time. However, heading into the beach there were a lot of places to eat and drink locally. There was also a supermarket at the top of the entrance road. Bill Resort is a 15 min walk from the centre of town and is quiet. In the end, I just got food and drink from the supermarket and chilled out in the room at night. There was noone about when I checked out so I just left the key. The whole place felt a little deserted. I would probably stay here again if I wanted somewhere quiet, but would look at all the competition in Lamai first.

Quiet room, by the sea, nice pool. Good places to chill eat on the beach nearby. Room was clean, aircondition worked. The property has seen better days but the people are kind, helpful. You can rent a motorbike on site. I was very happy with the price/quality.

Very nice hotel, nice food, nice animation staff and program, nice reef and beach, clean rooms. We had a bathtub and a nice balcony with an amazing view. Really enjoyed the yoga session with crush!
