Everything was wonderful, beautiful beach, super clean room and friendly staff.

The shower was very bad , insects inside the room , breackfast varieties were not very good

Great stay at Rummana. Location isn't exactly the best on the beach, but it's much more peaceful and relaxed than the main area, and still has solid options for dining and such.

Friendly stuff, beautiful view, comfy bed. But Koh Samui has changed a lot in bad way. So dissappointed.

Здравствуйте ! Проживала в отеле 4 ночи , выбрала для проживания более старый номер из-за Наличия в нем ванной . Рекомендую выбирать все таки новые номера ( разницы в цене вообще почти нет), они будут располагаться ближе к морю и будут более свежие . Из плюсов - красивая пляжная локация в конце ламаи у камней , на дне есть большие камни но они совершенно не смущают ибо ты их видишь и они далеко друг от друга расположены. На песке меньше мазута в отличии от основной части ламаи. - в отеле много забавных котиков , я их кормила , очень была Рада с ними встретиться и провести время )) - хорошая уборка номеров - завтраки неплохие , много фруктов - персонал рецепции и ресторана Минусы - расположение все таки отдаленное , немного неудобно выезжать на кольцевую дорогу тк в этой локации всегда активный трафик . При этом 7\11 в пешей доступности есть . Все это к самому отелю не относится и данную отдаленность можно считать и как плюс , в данной части пляжа меньше проходимость Был инцидент в номере с 2 огромными тараканами . Такое за всю историю моих многочисленных поездок в Тайланд я встретила во второй раз . И вопрос тут не к уборке точно . Не понимаю почему на завтраках нет кофемашин как во всех отелях , официанты бедные ходят все утро с чайниками предлагая кофе которое сильно разбавлено

Замечательный отель! При заезде в номере были свежие фрукты. В санузле зажигают аромалампу, и из-за нее или по каким-то другим причинам, в номере нет никаких насекомых, а в соседней х отелях люди жаловались на комаров. Территория утопает в зелени, птички поют, плавают рыбки. Все в тени, осень комфортно. Номер убирают хорошо. Кормят тоже отлично. Белье, полотенца - белоснежные, хорошего качества. Утром с территории отеля можно наблюдать восход. Единственный недостаток отеля - это наличие "волосатых" камней в море. В связи с чем уходили метров на 500, т.к. далее на пляже ка ней в море нет. С детьми бы не поехала по этой причине, а вдвоем - отлично! Для детей есть бассейн. Территория чистая, на ресепшене всегда готовы помочь. Ресторан прямо рядом с пляжем, там же выдают пляжные полотенца.

度假村在Lamai海灘，該酒店幾乎都住着歐洲人，尤其法國人和德國人居多，中國人很少。最深的感受是度假村內部的路很曲折，晚上走的話，雖然有燈光，但是還會有點怕怕的。房間內還是老式的浴缸帶淋浴的那種，這意味着你需要站在浴缸裏洗澡。酒店有自己的租摩託車，租了一台最便宜的是250泰銖，但度假村的賬單衹顯示50泰銖，另外200泰銖應該是付給租車公司的，所以退房時前台手寫了一張收據作為報銷使用。第一天租車就去了市中心，很不幸被警察抓到沒有佩戴頭盔，罰了500泰銖。但這與酒店有關，因為我租車的時候問過酒店是否有頭盔，酒店説有，但是沒給我。後來我帶着罰單來前台索要説法的時候，前台説不知道我要去市裡，就沒給我，也沒説會承擔罰金的事情，這讓我有點生氣。附近有個關公廟，大家可以去看一下，還是很雄偉的。

Disappointing Experience at Check-Out We had a decent stay at Rummana Boutique in Koh Samui, but unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by an upsetting incident during check-out. We were charged 1,200 baht for cleaning one towel and a few small drops on the bed cover because my wife unexpectedly got her period during the night. This situation was handled with zero empathy or understanding from the staff, making us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Period accidents are natural and can happen to any woman, yet instead of handling it discreetly or with compassion, we were hit with an unreasonable cleaning fee that felt more like a penalty. This insensitive approach ruined our last day of the trip and left us with a negative impression right before heading home. Hospitality isn’t just about the room and facilities—it’s about how guests are treated, especially in sensitive situations. Sadly, Rummana Boutique failed in this regard. We hope they reconsider their policies and train their staff to handle such situations with more kindness and professionalism.

This boutique hotel exceeds all expectations, it is in a beautiful setting, staff were very welcoming. The room was large clean and very comfortable, with a good shower. A good breakfast. Again the staff were excellent. The location on the beach was great and the pool area was good. The only negative is the flooring around the pool, the gravelly floors stick to your feet. Walk left on the beach and do a some great restaurants and bars.

Stayed at rummana hotel for 17 days,what a wonderful place. Great breakfast, beautiful staff,rooms were cleaned everyday. The facilities including the pool and beach were first class, plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, definitely come back again

Nice beach, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet, rooms very clean, plenty of sun lounges, food in the restaurant very nice, Not many shops but you can take a taxi to Lamai night markets or Lamai central, lots of restaurants and shops there.

We stayed at the Rummana for 3 nights. Initially we experienced some issues with our rooms which meant we had to change rooms 3 times, which was very frustrating for us at the time. However, throughout all of this, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and kindly offered us an upgrade and a complementary meal as compensation, which was lovely! Nice pool area overlooking the beach. We'd recommend the restaurant. The deluxe villas are a bit dated and had some cleanliness issues. The rummana villas with garden view were a massive improvement.
