Very beautiful hotel, the service was super friendly, the room was big and comfortable, the bed was amazing! We loved the pool! 15 min walk from the main shopping street

Feels like the whole place could use renovation. The reception staff are trying hard or so it seems but there’s a language and cultural barrier with western tourists. Check in is at 3pm, and the room was not ready at 2… Once I got into the room, there was a strong canalisation smell… Also, good luck with carrying your luggage up the stairs for checkout. I didn’t mind this morning workout but I can imagine if you’re not in your thirties or forties you might struggle. Long story short the place has a potential but sadly is not very well managed.

I stayed here for a few nights and enjoyed my time here. The rooms are seperate units and you’ll have to walk a bit to the breakfast area. The pool is nice and has a nice view over the water. In the morning there is actually plenty of seawater to swim in, because other parts of the island may not have any water in the morning due to the changing tides. Staff was friendly and very helpful! Would like to come back again!

Lots of potential but old and definitely not 4 stars. The location is beach front but no good sea to swim in. Tha rooms are huge and cleaned daily but it are old and not pampering. The breakfast is simple and not very tasty. The pool is big and has a lot of sun beds but again a bit old and the atmosphere is dull and not resort level. The staff is very nice and smiling.

Me and my friends were real happy with our stay, thank you so much for the wonderfull staff, every single one of them! Will definitely come back

It's a good time during my stay here

除了布草有點潮濕之外…別的都不錯。海景蜜月套房很大，工作人員反映很快，冰箱有問題，第一時間就更換了。海景很美，泳池很舒服，早餐豐盛，一切都不慌不忙，有條不紊。距離復活了的查汶central步行可達，馬路斜對面的老店friend massage也還在，一切都是記憶裏的樣子。歲月靜好…放心吧

Отель удачно расположен (до центра можно дойти пешком). Завтраки разнообразные. В ход в море по ступенькам, вода чистая. Людей в море мало (точнее никого), так как европейцы преподчитают бассейн. Рядом есть возможность для организации активного отдыха на воде (сапы, каяки, скуторы и т.п.). Лежаков много (даже при полной загрузки отеля 2-3 на человека). Номера в отеле большие и оборудованы всем необходимым. Единственным печальным моментом было заселение, поскольку не было номера с 2мя кроватями (как изначально бронировали). Нас активно пытались положить в одну..... Поскольку было 31 декабря и на всем острове уже не было вариантов для размещения пришлось настаивать на своём бронировании и находить варианты на месте. Не понимаю почему сразу отказали в предоставлении дополнительной кровати, хотя это хоть как-то сглаживало обстановку (так как иногда ночью хочется спать). Пускай это не совсем то, что хотелось получить на праздник, но они все-таки где-то нашли и предоставили дополнительное спальное место в номер.
