Well it’s been lovely the staff are 10/10 and very accommodating, they will always help whatever the situation and that is from kitchen cleaners reception chef and bar staff, yes the place is looking a tad tired but the warmth and atmosphere and hospitality are phenomenal

We got the room close to the beach so good.

Amazing hotel with a huge pool that looks straight out onto the beach. The restaurant and beach bar are very reasonably priced with decent food so if you can't be bothered leaving the hotel its a non issue that its away from town (we loved that it was super private and away from the noise that a lot of the other hotels in Koh Samui are surrounded with) They even offer a complimentary shuttle service to the hussle and bustle if you so wish, to Nathon and Chaweng. We loved everything about our stay!

Great couples stay with a romantic sunset beach view. Luxury feel without the price gouge. I had a room that lead directly to the pool. Superb experience. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are large with a huge square bathtub you walk into. The pool is green which doesn’t mean it isn’t clean. Just the bottom isn’t painted blue so it shows the colour of the water here. Breakfast is very nice. Staff attentive. Beach is small but water calm. Shallow unless high tide but pretty when floating and looking at shore and nearby mountain.  Shuttle to town 2x /day.

I had the pool villa for a few days and I loved it

Nice but very very remote and transport is expensive. Hotel offers a shuttle but it is two short a time to appreciate the towns. On the beach but sea is not really accessible.

Nice place for a few days. Far from anything and nice and quiet!

Very elegant hotel we get very two nice rooms for the breakfast is little poor no have many selection I made one time massage it's only one hero old women there they should. Emlpying more young massage stuff

Great location, but quite remote from the city. I would recommend renting a scooter to get around the area.

Staffs are friendly. Pool is good. No parking.

Well ... well... I was neutral for my getaway at Mai. The resort is tucked away in a dense forest but adjacent to the beach, so it's an ideal for both jungle enthusiasts and beach lovers. I think the breakfast service could have been done better. There should be a coffee machine and more food options. The pool is tremendous but not super clean. The staff could have been more helpful - not very smiley. Somehow not a five-star quality resort.
