Seaview suit, the room was very nice but there was a palm tree block a bit of Seaview. Location is 10 mins walk away from central samui shopping mall. The beach was just a footstep away where u could enjoy both pool n beach at the same time, however the beach wasn’t ideal to swim due to the big sea currents (maybe it’s a winter season I think) Breakfast was ok, not many varieties but could get u full.

It was a horrible 2 nights stay! Cleanliness needs to be improved. Lots of insects around the hotel and inside the room. The staff is not properly trained. Being kind and polite is the bare minimum a hospitality company can do to make sure the client/customer will return, or at least tell other people they were treated nice. I can’t see the politeness from the staff. The hotel don’t deserve a 4-star rating hotel! It is overpriced for such a small room!

Hotel is quiet area from central of Chaweng, staff is foreign and service is so so not bad & not good. Room is very comfy, bed is good and beach is quite clean and soft. Overall atmosphere is good.

The hotel is generally clean and the staff are polite. The environment could be improved by having better noise insulation (I could hear aircraft noise and noise from the corridor clearly at night). The gym closes too early. Overall, the price reflects it.

Such a perfect hotel.. the hospitality from the staff was really good, friendly and welcoming .. really good selection of breakfast.. nice that the hotel is wonderfully connected to the beach with good facilities .. will definitely book again another time 🥰👌🏼

It’s an average service quality, good location but sea in front of the hotel is not pretty

The location was fabulous… right on the quieter side of the beach. The staff were very attentive and the cocktails were very good. The room was nice and clean but a bit oddly laid out. Easy walk to nightlife. Was good stay

Excellent location on the nice part of the beach. Supper service. Sea view king size room are very nice. The standard room a bit small and not a lot of space for your clothes

Front desk: super friendly. 300 baht for loss card though so don’t lose it! WiFi worked well for my phone but I couldn’t sign in on the computer. A small strip of beach right in the back of the resort. It’s east facing so if you happen to be up around 5:30-6:30 it’s a great place to watch the sunrise if it isn’t cloudy. Breakfast starts at seven but they put the juice and water out before that. I got talked to as I tried to get the juice and ice water before the time. I also got talked to when I tried to bring an uneaten plate of fruit to my room after breakfast. That did annoy me I must say. It’s a little bit away from central samui (matters in the heat) but you got your own little strip of beach and it’s nice so I think it’s fine. The toilet lid was cheap feeling . Light seeped through a little bit in the morning. Important if you are partying until later . No real night light. If you can get it at a good price I would say go for it; there are better values out there for the nicer more expensive rooms.

Good breakfast. Great environment. Beach not good for swim.

신규호텔이라 그런지 확실히 객실은 작지만 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 베란다에 빨래걸이도 있어서 젖은 수영복 말릴공간도 있었구요. 특히 레스토랑의 해산물 강추합니다. 근처 식당 대비해도 저렴한데다 메뉴 전체에 부가세나 서비스 차지가 붙지 않아서 더 편히 즐길 수 있었어요. 앞에 바다도 우기임에도 깨끗하고 맑은 편이었고 스노클링 하지 않아도 물고기떼를 실컷 봤습니다

Очень приятный небольшой отель,расположение отличное для Чавега(все в шаговой доступности и при этом очень тихо и спокойно)Море мелковато и отливы ощутимы,но купаться можно,дно без кораллов и камней.ТК мы брали находились в отеле три дня,то взяли самый простой номер,он довольно маленький и не очень удобный,но кровать отличная!плохое освещение и проблемы с горячей водой,не хватает каких либо полок или ящиков…Завтраки отменные!!!!много фруктов,хороший кофе!единственный минус -нет каши.Пребывание в отеле оставило очень хорошее впечатление.

Très bon hôtel bien équipé et conforme à mes attentes. Bon petit déjeuné avec un personnel attentionné. Belle piscine extérieure donnant vue sur la plage. Dommage que la plage en face de l'hôtel, ne soit pas propice à la baignade.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Anlage und der Strand Abschnitt ist sehr schön. (Nicht zum schwimmen, wegen den vielen Algen. Aber paar Meter nach rechts und man hat ein super Schwimmunterricht). Der Pool ist gros und macht spas. Ganz toll ist es dass man Kajak, stand up kostenlos ausleihen kann!!. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
