Great Accommodation with Amazing Hosts – Baan Sawan on Koh Samui I spent a few days at Baan Sawan on Koh Samui and can highly recommend it. Although it’s a hotel, it feels more like a private villa – spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The infinity pool is definitely a highlight, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees, offering a relaxing view over the rooftops and nature. What made the stay truly special was the hospitality of the owners. They were always available, very helpful, and incredibly kind. What really impressed me was how they stepped in when I had a scooter accident – they took me to the hospital free of charge and made sure everything went smoothly. I’m really grateful for that. The hotel is in a quiet location and offers a lot of privacy, yet beaches, restaurants, and attractions are easy to reach. The air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay, and there is also the option to use a ceiling fan for extra ventilation. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with wonderful hosts. I would come back anytime! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly recommended!

總體還行，有兩個泳池，酒店在山上，很安靜。預訂的房間包含了延遲退房。到了酒店，工作人員告知沒有延遲退房。機場諮詢台説一般酒店可以幫忙訂購輪渡，這家酒店沒有。如果需要訂購輪渡，需要自己提前安排好。

Отличная вилла, отличный милый, отзывчивый персонал, понравилось абсолютно все! При отеле есть собственный очень вкусный ресторан, где можно позавтракать, пообедать и поужинать с видом на зеленую территорию виллы и бассейн, а также есть отдельно стоящий бар с собственным бассейном. Очень надеюсь вернуться сюда снова! Спасибо за все😊

В этот отель влюбляешься с первого взгляда.,территория утопает в зелени ,продумана каждая деталь интерьера ,брали семейный номер ,такое ощущение ,что ты находишься на собственной вилле с бассейном .завтраки европейские на выбор ,на территории отеля днем играет спокойная музыка .Отель находится на возвышености,надо иметь мотобайк или машину .Обслуживание в отели и сами хозяева ,великолепны !

Hôtel propre et calme , petit déjeuner délicieux et cadre magnifique pour bien se reposer , malheureusement le personnel n’est pas discret et ils gâchent tout , on se sent gêné !!

酒店的位置和環境非常棒，鬧中取靜，早晨除了鳥叫聲沒人會吵醒你。附近有不少餐廳，7-11也在附近。 店主服務很好，房間衞生狀況也不錯，衹是設施稍顯陳舊。

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, da die Fähre nach Koh Phagnan erst am nächsten Tag fuhr. Es ist ein sehr idyllisches Hotel mit 16 Zimmern, das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Philippe ist der Besitzer und unglaublich gastfreundlich. Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht blieben, hat er den Transfer organisiert. Wir denken, wenn man länger bleiben möchte, sollte man einen Roller mieten, da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt, dafür sehr ruhig. Absolute Empfehlung e merci bien.

Sitio de 10!! Philip y Valerie son unos anfitriones fantásticos, nos han ayudado en todo y han sido muy flexibles en todo lo que le pedimos. Respecto al alojamiento, muy limpio, las camas super cómodas y un muy buen desayuno.

At arrival we felt that the staff was surprised that we arrived. Even though it was not early but about 5pm. Parking was under some painting, so we had to park in the corner and there was no ramp for luggage but stairs. Passing through a restaurant, there was a reception and we got into our villa that was made of 2 interconnected rooms and 1 small terrace on ground floor. The pool area was nice. Breakfast was not a big buffet but nice fruits and quality omelette were worth the money. The location was disappointing as we didn’t realize that you can not walk to the beach and neither to the city. There are no shops or anything at all. It’s on top of a hill, so no walking. There weren’t many guests, so it was quiete. Overall for a few nights was ok since we had a car. However at checkout I was given one bill but when the owner saw my credit card, she printed another bill with 3% extra. Even though I explained that on *********** is not mentioned about the 3% charge, she just played as she cannot charge my card on booking (same card). Because I felt like not doing problems in front of other guests, I paid. She made me sign the bill as well. I contacted *********** and after they contacted the property, they got back to me that the owner rejected to return the 3%.

Lovely hotel, not big, not busy, family run, great food and staff and close to the busy places with a short taxi drive. Excellent place to relax after a day of exploring the island. Any tourist tours can be booked (at no extra cost) at the hotel where they pick you up and drop you back off again and the staff will go far and beyond to help you find your ideal trip(s). Simply loved it!

Absolutely hidden gem in the midst of a touristic island. Great owner and staff, amazing service and warm welcome, but most of all: great spacious and clean rooms. This was truly a hidden gem for us and a beacon for us to come home to after a day in busy chaweng beach. We stayed away during the day, but had lovely evenings eating and chilling here. We took a double family room so we had a lot of private space! Note: you will need a taxi or motorbike because there isn’t much around. But: the restaurant of the hotel is great! Highly recommended!

Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. The owners were super, very accommodating and helped with absolutely everything from recommendations, car rentals, taxis and even helping to find space on fully booked ferry transfers. Rooms were lovely size, beds extremely comfortable!! In a quiet spot on the island, not a long walk to the beach and easy to get a taxi to and from places if needed. Couldn’t recommend more
