Wonderful hotel. Clean and perfect territory, kind staff. Mr Pong was very kind, polite and our stay in this hotel was wonderful! We prolonged our stay 1 day more, so nice it was! Sandy beach with clean water, but after storm there were a lot of dirty things. I would recommend everybody to stay here!

We always stay here every time when we visit Samed Island. The service is very good.

We checked in on 02/22 at Saikaew Beach Resort, and our experience has been a bit mixed so far. While the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, the issues we encountered at the beach restaurant were disappointing. Despite seeing several available tables, we were told they couldn’t accommodate us, especially during the fire show time. We were kindly asked to move, only to find that the area wasn’t even used for the show. As hotel guests, we were surprised there wasn’t more consideration for us, especially in such a situation. It felt like there was a lack of coordination, and it left us feeling frustrated. Kero, the Guest Service Manager, was nice enough to offer us free cocktails as a gesture to make up for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. However, it didn’t fully address the frustration we experienced. We reported the issue to Kero, and we hope that improvements will be made for future guests so they don’t encounter similar issues. The resort is decent overall, but there’s certainly room for improvement, particularly when it comes to guest experience and organization. We hope they take these concerns seriously to provide a smoother stay for future guests.

I booked the cottage with sea view, but got with view on garden. Administrator of hotel said that they didn’t have any information about sea view from trip.com. I couldn't get through to support, they kept transferring me to bots. My vacation was ruined

Midweek break with 2 friends on Koh Samet: resort location is ideal, 5 mins by foot from island's main town, on the beach, for ppl in need of a little more liveliness. Deluxe Cottage was a bit dated, good amenities but furnishings are limited, electric sockets were not stable (type C falls out), no aircon in the bathroom. Walking distance to main beach(club) is rather far (5-10 mins). Generally the whole 'Deluxe' section of resort seems to be given less attention, which the restaurant closed and the pool sparsely tended, but is also much more quiet and peaceful in mornings and evenings. The main section, on Sai Kaew beach, is better furnished and closer to the reception and restaurants. The resort is generally pleasant, well maintained with a large staff that is well trained, very friendly and helpful. Pickup service by boat and jeep taxi went well, however, staff loading luggage on the ferry are not very careful (left my suitcase with high value items stacked high on the deck with risk of falling into the water!!). Beachclub is the best on this beach and very comfortable, great food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and attentive, but when busy, tend to randomly forget orders (or take very long +30 mins to bring a single cola). Minor inconveniences in paradise... Overall, amazing resort, decent rooms, great service and 10/10 would return again.

Beautiful resort and the location is perfect! U can we have stayed on the beach from day and night ….the water and sand are so clean. Unforgettable place!

Beautiful beach front hotel and all hotel staff are really amazing, very friendly and helpful. Appreciated for all their efforts to make our stay perfectly. The services and amenities should be 4 stars standard instead of 3 stars. Thank you very much and we would definitely stay again in the future

I’m a lonely man living the lonely world. I’m annoyed by some Chinese tourists living by my room, They talk loudly without manners I asked the receptionist girl to change a room for me and they did it. Very nice

Almost perfect but unable to change room even with prior request and extra charge. Will book earlier next time.
