Excellent service, friendly staff I wish I could stay there forever.

This hotel is amazing! The stuff thinks about everything, all was perfect! 7/11 near, many restaurants and massage places.

The grounds are beautiful and well worth the 5 star rating. The breakfast was lovely and the staff was helpful and friendly. The deluxe superior room, on the other hand , was heavy , poorly lit, outdated, with only one electric outlet not being used for lamps and TV. The toilet can not flush toilet paper. The food at the restaurant was meh. The chicken in the pad Thai was too hard and dry to chew. The beach was heaven.

The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel! The pool is incredible and the rooms were very spacious. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way but if you just want to hang out at the resort, it is more than equipped to keep you busy and/or relaxed (gym, pool, spa, beach). There is a cute little street right next to it with tons of great restaurants (Monsoon was amazing!) and that street leads to a huge beach. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone, but couples and families in particular.

Very nice hotel, with an incredible private beach. The resort is big and located in the middle of a hill, so a golf cart is needed to take you to your room. The rooms are not modern but are very comfortable. The staff is kind and the service is good.

Good location, next to the beach. A bit too dependent on the buggy car to move around between the different facilities, room and entrance, depending on where you stay, but overall a very good experience. Breakfast is not too varied but good enough and with a very nice view (picture attached).

Beautiful view complimented with convenient amenities and neighboring shops with all your needs. It is a bit secluded but quite and serene. There’s a beach within walking distance and it’s very clean and unbothered. Highly recommend.

A very nice and relaxing hotel

Этот отель расположен сбоку на возвышении от пляжа Thong Nai Pan Beach. Этот пляж "поделен" между несколькими резортами, так же на берегу есть несколько кафе. У отеля есть небольшая выделенная зона пляжа, где стоят лежаки и спуск к ней с территории резорта. Локация довольно удалённая, спокойная. Рядом с отелем улица с магазинами и кафе, тянущаяся от въезда в отель до одного из входов на пляжную зону. Чтобы добраться в другие места потребуется транспорт. Мне за три ночи в этом отеле он не потребовался. Территория ухоженная, зелёная, большое разнообразие растительности. Хороший инфинити бассейн, с некоторой нехваткой лежаков. При отеле хороший ресторан (точнее, несколько с одним меню). Вкусно, хотя недёшево. В любом случае рекомендую оценить уровень кухни ресторана, мне понравился. Номер понравился. В хорошем состоянии. И стиль и обстановка, довольно много элементов, похожих на ручную работу из дерева. Можно подключиться по блютуз к аккустической системе (находится рядом с ТВ) и слушать свою музыку. Рекомендую брать высший этаж - над ним навес и лучший вид. На более низких этажах при дожде будет заливать. Wi-fi быстрый и стабильный. Завтраки так же очень хорошего уровня, голодными точно не уйдёте. Вообще, отель мне напомнил Sri Panwa на Пхукете, только там еще были бассейны прям на балконе, но невольно я проводил ассоциации именно с ним. Персонал понравился, никаких проблем с ним не было. После отъезда на Самуи трансфер от лодки довёз до другого отеля, что приятно. Трансфер заказывал на ресепшене, это дешевле чем местное такси. По итогу данный отель рекомендую, 2-3 ночи, не меньше.

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad gehört dringend renoviert. Frühstücksraum ein Traum, alleine von der Aussicht. Essensauswahl begrenzt und das Restaurant von den Preisen und Qualität eine Katastrophe. Da müssten sie sich dringend was einfallen lassen.  Der Hoteleigene Strand schrecklich, da läuft von  der Seite eine stinkende Brühe rein, die das Wasser total trübt. Wenn man nur ein Poolgänger ist dann kann man ausweichen und hier die herrliche Aussicht genießen oder man fährt an einen anderen Strand
