Princess Paradise Koh Phangan

Customer service very poor at check in they take you too your room no here’s the pool here’s where you go for breakfast just leave u to work it all out yourself! Drinks 4 times the price then anywhere else! Cocktails are terrible no alcohol taste more like a smoothie . No one was sat watching the sunset on the beach I assume this is why! We also noticed people round the pool bring their own drinks which when u can buy a soft drink for 22 baht but hotel charge 180 baht not surprised ! Breakfast u order both our eggs all come out cold not worth the extra money for the breakfast better too eat out! Staff sit on the desk on their phones during breakfast service . Nice pool but the beach the hotel let non hotel guests sit on the beds when guests pay £200 plus a night for the supposed private beach. My booking was for a late check out when I asked they said yes you have a late check out but u can’t have it as new guests coming (makes no sense) This is not a 4 star hotel. They also only provide one bottle water in room (all other hotels we stayed in was two in the bathroom two in the fridge) Another note when I went in to the toilet next to the bar it was blocked I reported it to staff when I went there later on still has not been fixed. Don’t book this hotel save your money and splurge at Vanee Gold Sands or Explorer . So disappointing staff don’t care it’s almost like they have your money so didn’t too provide a good series would not recommend or stay here again.

This hotel is not a 4*. 3* at best. I felt disappointed on arrival (especially given the extremely inflated price I paid from 26th December). It feels like it should be £60 a night, not £293 a night. The breakfast was nice and beach was nice. Pool and pool deck tiny. Good location to walk along to Haad rin. The bed was comfy but the rooms were basic and bathroom wasn’t brilliant. Unfortunately due to positive reviews, I was expecting something a lot better and was disappointed with this hotel.

From the moment our driver Boy picked us up we knew this place would be different. Best hotel pick up ever, made sure we had not only snacks but a range, as well as refreshments (non alcoholic) then he stopped so he could share a local street food delicacy with us. The hotel itself is tucked away on a steep slope but blends into the forest well with pool and beach metres from each other. Pool bar staff can make a decent cocktail. Main township is a 10-15 min walk on beach or road depending on your pace. Room was spacious but bathroom seemed to have list space the bedroom could have spared. Restaurant food was on point and did not have a bad meal with great views of Koh Samui to welcome you into your day. Overall good spot far enough away from the action of the town to be quiet but also close enough if you want to give it a shake.

Wow - this hotel blew us away! Firstly the staff are all so lovely, kind and friendly and always happy to help! They work hard keeping the hotel and grounds looking gorgeous, tidying the beach, and we even saw them setting up a gorgeous area for a beach proposal. The rooms and decor are beautiful. Everything has been thought of and it creates a calm tranquil atmosphere. The lighting on an evening is stunning!! Very special! The pool and bar area are perfect and it’s right on the beach. There aren’t many sun loungers, a previous review did mention this but we never struggled to get one and actually had plenty of choice, no idea where everyone was hiding! Pool is gorgeous and we loved the happy hours 12-2 and 5-7. Mojitos are delicious and watching the sunset with one in hand from the beach is amazing. Breakfast is lovely!! Get the banana pancakes you won’t be disappointed! :) Fresh fruit is tasty too but the eggs were never cooked enough. Which is my only tiny bit of feedback. We don’t usually eat at the hotel restaurant but this one was an exception - a gorgeous setting and some of the best food we’ve had all holiday! Recommend the beef massaman, cashew nut chicken and the satay. Thanks for a brilliant stay we can’t recommend this hotel enough!

We are a couple trip for 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel was incredible view. Thanks Khun Khao Oat and Khun Sprite from reception for organizing a scooter for up and amazing service. And Khun Beam to recommend the nice beach for sunset. We would recommend for hotel breakfast with a million of view. The pool and staff very good.

Amazing stay at the Princess Paradise Koh Phangan!! We stayed here for just 2 nights, and wish it could have been longer! Stayed here for the full moon party which is only a 10 minute walk, a great location to bars a restaurants but also was nice and quiet around the hotel, right on the beach! Rooms and pool are lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond! The best breakfast during our holiday to Thailand, you receive a lovely cooked breakfast with multiple options, as well as granola/yoghurt, pastries, fruit. Thank you!! 🌟
