Worst stay ever. The reception guy refused to let us check in and said i dont have your booking. i have not seen a rude person like him in my life. We had to arrange a room after waiting with my wife for hours on the road. Horrible experience!! Don't book this hotel.

Worst experience ever We were insulted and they made us leave from the villa Just for asking few questions I want to point out to this person called as " NARA " Please be alert of him very rude very loud. He removed us from the place Shouted on us just because we asked him few questions It was the worst stay ever We got scared staying over here Being a hotel you should have some hospitality to behave with tourists but you people made us feel miserable. If you want your hotel to go ahead in future please remove the desk people over there who handle things very badly. Please don't go for this It's just that they loot money and give you the worst stay ever

l emplacement est top au milieu de l ile. pour ceux qui veulent bouger.si vous voulez faire du cocooning ce n est pas ici hyper bruyant chien qui aboie constamment,bruits de la circulation a toute proximité bref des nuits difficiles. l’endroit est propre le personnel agréable ont devait nous récupérer au bateau mais personne ( 1200 bath de taxi ) un loupé ! nous changeons d endroit rapidement pour DORMIR normalement……

Это возмутительно!!!!!!!! я договорился с неким NARA, номер телефона +66611971315, сотрудником резорта. Про долгосрочную аренду, я несколько раз уточнил что планирую жить долго в резорте. Договорились за стоимость 15000 ( не знаю правдивая эта цена или нет, после таких поступков) прожив почти месяц, я решил узнать есть ли свободные номера еще, для моих друзей, которые планировали приехать в Панган После чего я получил ответ, что все номера заняты, включая мой! Не предупредив меня про то, что мой номер будет кому-то сдан, если бы я не спросил, вообще бы этого не узнал Я настаиваю на том, что несколько раз уточнил, что буду жить долго. Я сейчас улетаю в Бангкок на несколько дней и по возвращению я должен сразу же покинуть дом, не имея возможности даже заняться поиском жилья Перед мной даже не извинились , ничего абсолютно!!!! Не предложили альтернативу или какую-то помощь, просто бросили, отвратительное отношение, никому не рекомендую и надеюсь никто не попадёт в такую же ситуацию It's outrageous!!!!!!!! I am now flying to Bangkok for a few days and upon my return I have to leave the house immediately without even being able to look for accommodation They didn't even apologize to me, absolutely nothing! They didn’t offer an alternative or any help, they just left, disgusting attitude, I don’t recommend it to anyone and I hope no one gets into the same situation
